Through two guided interviews with one of our Sr. Solutions Architects, you’ll gain a deep understanding of your overall infrastructure and end-to-end data processing, as well as expert guidance on how serverless solutions can help address your business needs.

How it works

Cloudtech will schedule two one-hour interviews with your infrastructure SME/SMEs to dive deep into your architecture and one one-hour report readout:

• Interview 1 (1 hour): In the first interview, one of our senior solutions architects will utilize a curated list of questions to assess your overall serverless readiness across a variety of areas from overall cloud experience to security and compliance. The output of the first interview will be a dashboard showing metrics for each covered area of the assessment.

• Interview 2 (1 hour): Based on the output of the first interview, your Cloudtech senior solutions architect will dive deeper on your data handling processes and infrastructure to fully flesh out a cohesive picture of your overall cloud and data stance as well as any gaps between current state and the adoption of serverless solutions to address any pain points uncovered over the course of both interviews.

• Report readout (1 hour): After our Senior Solutions Architect has collated the results from the interviews, they will compile a comprehensive report for you detailing your overall readiness to adopt serverless solutions as well as a path to do just that. Over the course of a one-hour call, they will share those results, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and, should you desire, lay the groundwork to move forward on any action items you select.

Deliverables

The intent of this assessment is to dive deep into your architecture and provide a clear assessment of current state as well as a path to move forward in the serverless adoption phase of your cloud journey:

1. Review of the current infrastructure and any challenges/pain points associated with it.
2. Assessment of your readiness to adopt serverless solutions
3. A path forward to take steps toward serverless adoption
4. A custom written report showing the above and describing each aspect in detail

Key Features

The entire process covers a proprietary and comprehensive list of questions that span the breadth and depth of your current IT and cloud infrastructure. At each stage of the process, you are paired with an experienced Cloudtech Senior Solutions Architect who will guide you through each question and associated outputs, culminating with a custom path forward that you have the option to follow with or without Cloudtech. At the end of the process, the decision is yours on what to do with the information presented. There is no obligation whatsoever to take further steps with Cloudtech.
