Eplexity to conduct discovery and assessment of customers' readiness to migrate applications to AWS and generate a reliable roadmap of actions to migrate and modernize their applications.
Delivery Approach
- Plan and Engage (Phase 0)
- Collect as much information as possible before the project kickoff, customer drawings, VMware exports, and questionnaires
- Get access to the customer's systems, cloud accounts, and communications
- Prepare project plan for Phase 1
- Conduct project kickoff meeting with the broader customer audience
- Discovery Design (Phase 1)
- Process the business discovery questionnaire and prepare a readout for the business cloud readiness status and business plan for migration to the cloud
- Process the technical discovery questionnaire, prepare the Pre-Delivery Engineering report (PDER) and start building the cloud landing zone upon customer approval
- Conduct a Discover Party to verify the information in the technical discovery questionnaire and validate plan governance controls in the cloud environment
- Plan Migration Parties for Phase 3 based on details gained in the Discovery Party
- Validate (Phase 2)
- Conduct the migration parties to validate the migration and modernization approaches selected in Phase 1
- Plan (Phase 3)
- Plan the migration and modernization process to align with the IT roadmap
- Produce total level of effort and business case to show the costs of the migration and modernization
