Program Assessment: For brands that have an existing program that are migrating to AWS, Merkle’s loyalty experts will assess your existing program design end-to-end against proprietary benchmarks, best practices, and customer expectations to ensure there are no gaps and highlight optimization areas.
Evolution Roadmap: For brands that have an existing program in market and are looking for optimization recommendations.
