Workshop & Ideation: Crayon’s consultants work with key stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and expectations for GenAI, including review of data sources, change management requirements, and enablement needs to identify a use case for a proof-of-concept (POC).

Proof of Concept (POC): After determining if Amazon Q Business or a more customized solution on Bedrock is the best fit, we will help implement a tailored solution for a limited set of users, providing an executive summary with outcomes and recommendations.

Implementation: Based on learnings from the POC, Crayon can then scale the solution into your organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring security, data integrity, and system compatibility. We’ll also provide a prompt library and identify additional use cases for specific business lines.
