Octave HighLevel CTI Connector connects your HighLevel with Amazon Connect. It integrates your HighLevel with Amazon Connect to handle both inbound and outbound interactions.

With Octave HighLevel CTI Connector the Amazon Contact Control Panel (CCP) runs inside HighLevel application and allows its users to perform all possible call operations using an embedded softphone. With this integration the agent spends less time on redundant lookups, switching between different tabs and applications to access data. The agent can pause & resume the Call Recording or initiate an outbound call by clicking on customer contact.

The connector automatically saves the call interaction at the end of the call along with actual recording. The HighLevel user can go through with the inbound & outbound integration later on and listen to the call recording.

The customization allows the connector to search and open the customer profile on a call arrival. If the caller number is linked to a single customer profile it simply opens the customer profile, in case it is linked to multiple customers, the connector pops up a dialog box where the agent can select the right customer profile, in case there is no customer profile linked to the call number the connector open a new customer creation page.
