Why do you need a BI Portal?

Metric Insights Business Intelligence Portal is an essential front-door to the entire BI stack, without it, there is a constant uphill battle for BI teams as they are faced with a barrage of questions: is this report the right one? If I need to find a report that I am not permitted to access, how do I do that? I want to distribute this report -- how do I do that? What do you like best about the product?
I love using Metri Insights because of its seamless integration with other tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. Dashboard & notification features work well in Metric Insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deep analysis is not available in Metric Insights. Integration with third-party tools is the only option to achieve a detailed analytical report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most beneficial thing by using Metric Insights is Tracking KPIs. Also the notification & alerts makes it easier for the tedious work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is the Integration of different data sources and BI solutions as a enterprise level. We can create dashboards from simple flat files to Sql databases and publish those so that they can be easily accessible to the stakeholders or users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, metric insights formed a great visualization tool but it UI can be more optimized for easy usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metric insights helps us in visualizing our data that stored in the sql databases and by this we are also able to data govern by the same.

Provides fresh strategies to extend the company by exploiting the clients' sites to access credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metric Insights can be difficult for new users to use - not a tool that instructs on how to improve anything. It is just a tool that provides you with information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software was utilized to create internal/operational efficiencies which was tremendously helpful to improve business process outcomes

I like the UI and tge features that it offers.
It Integrate all reports, dashboards, and metrics from across the organization into a governed BI Catalog. It enables your users to easily search and discover the content they need without having to navigate through multiple tools.

The UX sometimes can be confusing. It's a complex tool that requires a learning and sometimes. It freezes sometime when large datasets are loaded.

It visualise the data and monitor real time analytics It is easy to use in an company which helped us to analyze key metrics changes and easy to implement which helped to customise the dashboard.

For new users sometimes its difficult to use except this nothing else is there.
