Byte Real Time Dashboard for Amazon Connect is a tool used to visually display information related to your contact centre agents and queues.
By displaying key operational metrics in real time, agents and supervisors can respond making moment-to-moment decisions as situations change.
With the ability to display across one or multiple screens, real time information about your centre's performance is easily available in a single view to those in the office or working from home.
Visual and audio alerts can be easily configured to notify you of thresholds relevant to your Contact Centre (e.g., agents available, number of calls in queue, etc.).
The Byte Real Time Dashboard requires an Amazon Connect service configured and working within the AWS account used to subscribe.
Authenticate via a web browser and Amazon Connect, your dashboard display data will remain as secure and available as Amazon Connect is to you currently.
Byte Real Time Dashboard buyers may incur additional AWS infrastructure charges separate from the AWS Marketplace transaction for this product.
