By conducting an assessment before starting work on a project, Rackspace Technology can reduce risks to the customer's budget and timeline while streamlining the entire implementation process. This also helps ensure our customers get visibility into all the financial and time-related details and interdependencies when it comes to successfully delivering the project.

Summary

The assessment is a professional services engagement that will be delivered by Solution and Technical Architects from our Rackspace Applications and Platforms teams and cover topics including:

• Review of Rackspace Technology services and capabilities
• Review customer's current SAP implementations
• Gain understanding of customer's current plans and SAP roadmap
• Review and discuss customer's SAP cloud strategy
• Provide a summary of the findings and identify next steps with Rackspace Technology

The customer will be provided a deliverable with findings within three business days after the assessment. This will include the summary of the discussions as well as guidance and recommendations for platform strategy, migration, and cost saving opportunities.
