Anaeko provides a AWS Well-Architected Review, optimised for efficient use of client time, that helps clients to align their critical application workloads with best practices in the AWS Well-Architected Framework. The review is a high value engagement with a qualified Anaeko professional and is not an audit. It is delivered free of charge, with no obligation for follow-on chargeable services. Depending on client priorities and areas for focus the review concentrates on one or more of the WAF pillars, or all six (6) of them: Security, Cost Optimisation, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, Operational Excellence, Sustainability.

Engagement Model

Engagement starts with an online scoping questionnaire, completed in a few minutes, where the client decides on workloads, priorities, and specific focus areas and challenges. Based on scope there are three short (~2-hour) online review meetings that are structured and schedued for efficient use of client time:

1. Organisation - Discover the organisation, teams, processes and priorities.
2. Engineering - Wide ranging discussion on the engineering, automation, testing, deployment and monitoring.
3. Data & Security - Complete the picture with a detailed look at the data, how it is secured, accessed and monitored.

Outcomes

The output of the review is a report aligning the workload with AWS best practices. Recommendations are categorised as: Critical, Improvement Needed, and Well-Architected. Anaeko can be engaged on a commercial basis to implement remediations and optimise based on the report.
