Support

Customer services operations that provide app maintenance and support services including corrective maintenance , bug fixes and app operational support. For app product enhancements the support offering includes modifications and functional updates. Support is provided duriong normal UK business hours and days (9am to 5pm weekdays) via email support@cothamtechnologies.com.

We provide responsive and flexible remedies for app support covering levels L1 business critical failure, L2 system defect with workaround and L3 minor error under defined service level agreements (SLA) through our dedicated and responsive customer support and help desk services. The SLA is defined as follows;

L1 - Respond within 12 Normal Business Hours. Provide a Solution with reasonable endeavours targeting a resolution within 24 Support Hours of the response to the Support Request. L2 - Respond within 24 Normal Business Hours. Provide a Solution with reasonable endeavours targeting a resolution within 72 Support Hours of the response to the Support Request. L3 - Respond within 72 Normal Business Hours Provide a Solution within 10 business days of the Support Request.
