Overview

**AWS FTR Certified **Octave HubSpot CTI Connector connects your HubSpot with Amazon Connect. It integrates your HubSpot with Amazon Connect to handle inbound and outbound calls.

With Octave HubSpot CTI Connector, the Amazon Contact Control Panel (CCP) runs inside the HubSpot application, allowing users to perform all possible call operations using an embedded softphone (CCP). With this integration, the Agent spends less time on redundant lookups, switching between different tabs and applications to access data. The Agent can pause or resume Call Recording & Click to Dial feature allows agents to initiate an outbound call by clicking on customer contact.

The connector automatically saves the call interaction at the end of the call, along with the call recording. After calling, agents can listen to customer recordings within the HubSpot interface.

The customization allows the connector to search and open the customer profile on a call arrival. If the caller number is associated with a single customer profile, it opens the customer profile. In the case of multi-match, the connector allows agents to select from the respective customer profile. If no customer profile is associated with the customer ANI, Account number or ID, the connector will enable agents to add records against that customer.
