Outcome

The outcome of the workshop will be a Transformation Roadmap - a prioritized list of action items to achieve your team’s cloud goals, with specific emphasis on alleviating identified pain points where present. Each of the identified action areas will be further explored, in order of priority, in future sessions.

Process

Our workshop process is designed to be comprehensive and engaging, following a tried and true method to provide you with customized recommendations for your business needs.

• Step 1: Assess - Together we will document, examine, and analyze the current state of your overall data architecture.
• Step 2: Ideate - Based on your organization’s goals, we will propose and validate with you a desired future state for your cloud journey.
• Step 3: Identify - Our team will work with yours to perform a gap analysis between the present and future states, as well as to identify key impacts to people, process, and technology.
• Step 4: Recommend - We will present recommendations to bridge the identified gaps and minimize impacts where possible, sizing recommendations by impact and effort.
• Step 5: Prioritize - Based on our recommendations as well as your own business drivers, you will assign a level of priority to each recommended action.
• Step 6: Document - Together, we will document the priority levels and desired iterative sequence of actions for each identified area, and propose next steps to address the highest priority item(s).
