Certified Integration Support (CIS)

  • CIS is available to customers with Foundational Support subscriptions
  • Expert support for installation and configuration of approved certified integrations
  • Detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of configuration issues to determine RGS SLA eligibility
  • Best-effort resolution for configuration issues under RGS control, as determined by RCA
  • Does not include debugging, addition of new features or changes to non-RGS product code
  • Software issues not covered by RGS SLA will be identified and directed to the appropriate integration partner
  • Quarterly SYNC with RGS Customer Success Manager and Support Team
