What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about FileCloud is that, it gives you an opportunity to both save and receive from the clouds very quickly. I like how lovely this is and how much of cheaper it is we'll it's not the same as other cloud comp savings but it has it's perks. I would personally recommend this to new beginners who is in the look for a saving storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I personally to dislike FileCloud. Like I said before it has it's perks and moment's. What I meant by this is obviously the network sometimes is very unstable or comes to a freezing point to not be compatible with other operating systems and all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits is that the deployment & flexibility part of FileCloud. This has been helpful the most. Apart from windows and other cloud storages. The run of the operating and the usability of FileCloud is fantastic and reliable and worth paying for.

I like that we can access our files remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit slow but I don't know if that's a problem from our local server speed or on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FileCloud allows our team to access our files when we're remote which is invaluable to us.

Extremely easy to set up, very simple user interface for the administrator and the user

The price is a bit high, synchronization takes too long, the community version is limited in many customization options, which, when you think about it, seems exaggerated on their part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FileCloud has established itself as the best Active Directory integrated file sharing platform available. Our project managers, writers, engineers, contract administrators, and estimators who need to easily share large files via email links have immediately adopted it.

We wanted to centralized our file storage and make our team to collaborate without being in office.

The number of features and integrations is great; the ability to control which files are shared/downloaded/uploaed or not is great for the company's security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new apps that are released comes with minimum bugs that needs to be resolved, but many times are small issues that are resolved very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DLP very well controlled with the dedicated feature and collaboration with internal and external users. This has increased the productivity and the security.
Fantastic alternative for file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy for the end user to navigate and utilise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin menus can be confusing. Especially because of the interface changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as an alternative to dropbox/google drive. It allows us to block all third party file sharing across the environment and greatly reduces our attack surface.

We love the FileCloud drive application as it makes accessing files on cloud servers easy for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have is sometimes the drive will error out, however the support team is quite responsive and always willing to help.

We are solving the file access problem for our clients. We are a cloud host and being able to provide our clients with a way of accessing their files without remoting into the server is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
File cloud helps a lot in saving your file on cloud. The safety and service is amazing as user interface is quite easy.

I must mention that this app has no problem at all it's quite good but if regular updates and upgradation is on time then no problem at all with this application.

I'm using file cloud for my office as well as my freelance projects file storage. It helped me a lot by keeping my data and file with full safety and privacy. My work process got optimised by using filecloud

The best thing about this cloud file system is that it is trusted by giant corporations and your document remains protected in this system

the thing which i doesn't like about this product is that it has a limit of the minimum number of users even for small businesses which i think is not good for startups
