Legacy and Future Security
What do you like best about the product?
Trend has a long-standing reputation for providing endpoint protection but has now included multi-cloud protections and full end-to-end detection and response. No matter what the workload is or how it is architected, Trend has a product. Instead of picking silo'd security solutions that I have to integrate and fill blindspots, I can use Trend to understand the security posture of my entire organization; back-office IT or containerized microservice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's getting better, but the UI between different modules feels disjointed at times. Conformity vs. Workload Security vs. Snyk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently solve the problems of cloud posture and workload security. As our development continues, we plan on container security and also open source security. The benefit is that we don't require as much staff to monitor and manage as we are backed by experts in cloud configuration security and ZDI. Further benefits include speed to remediation as the documentation and recommendations are well written and follow the vendor documentation for remediation.

What do you like best about the product?
Trends micro is one IT security Services provide organization they provide all types of security solutions if you want end point network security mobile etc..means is are looking any Security solution then Trend micro is best platform for the take all security solutions.you manage all thing from single dashboard it's easy to maintain for it Team as well user's
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a writter but I am technical associate and as per my experience with Trend I have no any dislike points as of now. Some time ago I am facing some issue with Trend endpoint I am rasier support request and support engineer reached me in 1.5 hour's and they provide me satisfication solution.so may be there is no any dislike points from support or any product from Trend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now In this pendamic situation every one working frok Home threw VPN or any other way so as of now need to improve security and we got many more security points in this product we happy to manage 400 + system with Trend endpoint it's very easy to create scan Job troubleshooting

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is single point to recommend for Trend support team Please try to pickup support line asap. Actually when I am trying to call on support number it will be taking min 15 mins
Best security solution
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best cloud security solution. We set it for the entire organization and it manages well. Always releasing new updates that makes it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation takes bit more time also reporting is basic instead of showing more details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using across the organization for cloud security.
The Deep Security solution is a must for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
We are not using Deep Security in a hybrid cloud, but rather on-premises, we are considering replacing our on-premises infrastructure to use hybrid cloud mode. We opted for Deep Security to counter the vulnerability of workstations when operating systems are no longer supported and they must be against threats, Deep Security helps protect our obsolete infrastructure and even strengthen the protection against threats on all systems.
It's easy to set up and use, and the Trend Micro support team is there throughout the process. The XDR part makes our equipment more secure for our IT equipment.

Nothing since it is very good for all situations

Threat protection With the end of support for certain operating systems, we are less vulnerable at lower cost

What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning, everything with Trend Micro Deep Security went as advertised. Deactivating and removing the previous security protection was straightforward. Trend Micro's deployment script generator made replacing the previous software incredibly easy. Since that time, we have monitored and maintained the environment without incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is incredibly small... When I login to the Deep Security Manager ("DSM") I will see a status notification at the bottom of the DSM which reads something to the effect of "Updating X computers" and I cannot click through or otherwise identify which machines are pending that update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dep Security provides antivirus, antimalware, and File Integrity Monitoring for us. We were able to consolidate solutions into a single platform which eases administration and we have found Deep Security to be less "chatty" than our previous product.
The best solution thinking about the SysAdmin/DevOps experience
What do you like best about the product?
We use the same solution in cloud and in-house environments. The ability to use managed and unified services helps to monitor risks and implement different controls. The management granularity is essential for the best performance of the Cloud and Dev teams and a better use of the Security and Compliance teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately some solutions do not support newer languages. It's on the Roadmap and we're looking forward to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control and analysis of Opensource Code, with licensing and vulnerabilities. Protection of Workloads in Kubernetes. We were able to verify cloud postures based on best practices and framework
Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) Best solution for security
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Vision One (XDR) has been great. The solution provides up-to-date security detection and prevention information, easy to manage with high traceability and transparency.
It is a valuable product to manage and monitor all the endpoints spread globally and with various hardware platforms. Technical support worked with us to address issues immediately as they came up.

Occasionally it may prompt some false alarms, but it is not an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TrendMicro cloud solution offers real-time detection at a very high success rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated more than 4 products and decided to go for TM. TM offers a total competitive solution including web gateway, web security, end point and XDR, MDR.
Integration at its finest
Our company switched to Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service and are loving the integrations with various cloud providers. No more hassle with on-prem, or even on-cloud, servers to manage or support. The CloudOne Console brings all environments together for a single view managing a global infrastructure. Trend Micro already had a great security product, but now is more efficiently managed in a truly centralized console (in the cloud).

Cloud One - Workload Security IPS for the win
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud One's Workload Security IPS feature is easily the best part of the Workload Security application stack for what we needed. It provides us with excellent support for otherwise out-of-support applications and OS levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the deployment methodology for the scripted client deployments depend on Powershell versions that may not be available on Legacy systems. Hence, batch files need writing to accommodate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue resolved by Cloud one is the securing of our Legacy applications and OSs. The SaaS provides significant support to 'virtually' patch software that otherwise would be out of support.
We found that this platform can provide us with extended coverage on any of our software that is otherwise version-locked.
