I'm in love!
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is the sexiest ERP around. I love the flexibility and it's abilities to eliminate typical business silos and allow for better cross functional team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Acumatica is the WMS mobile app for manufacturing. It has a very clunky user experience. But I'm confident that 2025 will bring much improvement.

Acumatica is streamlining our manufacturing processes to allow us to simplify and improve output.

Best ERP for Streamlining Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is the easiest ERP for creating easy and quick processes that keep a fast-moving company moving forward together.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to go to the VAR for major changes, and they are slow to respond. I would like more access or additional options for importing data to fixed assets,
and contracts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica systematically hands off tasks from one person to the next. There is no need for emails or texts to remind someone that they have tasks. We can each focus on our jobs and Acumatica takes care of task lists.
Seamless Integration and Ease of Use, A 10/10 Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to add on additional software that integrates easily when needed. The system allows us to effectively track our inventory, production, costs, and sales opportunities all in one place. We've been able to implement Quality Control Software and business reporting tools, and even a phone system that integrates seamlessly with CRM, reducing the time our sales team needs to key data into Acumatica. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and that really helped our team get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of mobile scanning tools on the shop floor could use some enhancements. This needs to be easier without the need for consultant customizations. For individuals on the shop floor, there needs to be less clicks or points. Adding some built-in intelligence would be helpful. A good example is inventory moves where the user has to pick warehouse, location, SKU, quantity, etc. It would be nice if a SKU could be scanned and then the operator has warehouse, location, quantity data auto-filled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us track inventory, production, costs, and sales in one place. It's easy to use and integrates additional software seamlessly. It also reduced our sales team's data entry time by integrating with our CRM and phone system.
I recommend Acumatica!
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one place. Being able to keep track of all the important information within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there are downsides, more of improvements that need to be made. Such as running work center scheduling without having to run rought cut planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of inventory is a big one, as well as keeping track of what products we have ready to ship out the door before they are actually processed.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Acumaticas SaaS solution has enabled us to have amazing uptime for our team. Also, the level of customization available can fit all kinds of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pieces of Acumatica that I feel could be worked on more such as Human Capital Management.

Acumatica consolidates our various branches and their business channels, while accomodating their unique needs under one umbrella.
