Acumatica has enabled our company to get with the times.
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a modern platform that enables us to make needed updates to existing processes by customizing the Acumatica system. Acumatica utilizes C#, and it was easy to customize since we already had a few C# developers on staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
No-code changes to the Acumatica system are not version-controlled and are challenging to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have added custom case management and quality control screens to our Acumatica instance that have allowed us to meet the growing demands of our customers and enable us to be more agile.
Versatile and Adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a very versatile platform that can be adapted to the different and custom needs. The tools that I use the most and get the most of out of is the import and export scenarios, we have set up integrations with Salesforce. Even if these tools are challenging to understand at the beggining their use is very flexible for many uses from data migration to real time integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little documentation on tips and tricks of SQL formulas for import and export scenarios. The help documentation for import/export formulas could include examples and applications and it could make the user experience better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time integrations with Salesforce applications. This allows us to avoid double data entry and acurateness, less time and more accurate data definately translates to more productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Web-based, customizable, adaptable, Acumatica community, speed, intuitive, makes collaborating between departments easy, control over access rights, ability to stay up to date with ERP trends with new updates regularly offered, amount of online training available
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules have limited functionality right now, but I've been with Acumatica long enough to know that future versions will most likely address and fix these types of issues. They seem to be constantly innovating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inventory management has dramatically improved how we order, receive, produce, store, and ship our products. MRP is a game-changer and has allowed us to adapt to our sales environment by producing the most relevant products.
Easiest software I have used!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, very convenient as you can access it from any time, anywhere. I love how you can have unlimited users and choose when you upgrade according to your companies needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for there to be a functionality to copy users across tenants. Having a clipboard functionality like the one available on the invoices screen would be very helpful in solving this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one system that ties all our functionality. We use it for our accounting, CRM, project tracking, payroll, etc. I think it is great to tie everything to one software.
Flexible out of the box
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is consistently investing and developing new features that come from the community. Their online community is extremely interactive and the product team is consistently monitoring the boards new ideas. The pricing model for the system works well for us - not having to worry about giving an employee a license for a simple task becuase it will cost $100/month is a big deal for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their native point of sale system needs work. Right now they are behind their partners in the space, but we are hopeful they will invest more effort into this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greatly reduces our accounting lead times. End of month only takes a few days compared to a few weeks. Our inventory replenishment process allows us to react quicker to potential stock outs.
Great so Far
What do you like best about the product?
There is a ton of great free training online and it seems like we will continue to see value with every new release.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, I wish some of the custom field things and form manipulation was accessible in a way that is not by code

We are being forced off NetSuite due to our industry, and Acumatica is meeting all of our requirements and filling in some gaps we didn't know we had.

What do you dislike about the product?
Conference rooms were very uncomfortably cold. I would have liked the speakers to get right into the meat of the discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to connect through API's to Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM. Also, the ability to upload shipment confirmations to our commerce sites
Acumatica ERP a great solution for ERP needs
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an all-encompassing ERP / CRM solution for companies that need a more robust solution than a quickbooks, etc. Packed with a ton of features and business solutions. A lot of bang for the buck.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no "undo" button. Once you release a document, there is no easy solution to undo it if you make a mistake. they need to put an undo button the product

I am not really solving a problem, I am using Acumatica for my ERP and CRM needs

the open api and ability to connect with our platform. the ease of use from an integration perspective. i love the leadership and the culture of the company, huge fun of summit
What do you dislike about the product?
it is antequated. the ui is not up to date with cloud platforms. it is clunky and slow to load. i find that the search bar is also very unintelligent. the naming conventions are also confussing

The depth and Breadth of Acumatica's flexibility has been a process game changer for our unique business model.

There is so much education out there that it is a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Cross-departmental communication has been enhanced to a degree that we couldn't have predicted.
