What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica provides instant access to the software and a large library of videos and guides to help get started without spending a dime. Download the latest version for a free 2-user access and have it running in minutes for evaluation using the "Sales Demo" data that can be applied at installation. Acumatica corporate and customer peer support is always within reach. With Visual Studio, complex customization can be added easily, and many customer enhancements don't even require visual studio.

The development community continues to grow. When I have issues, I can post on Stackoverflow to get the support of my peers as well as answering questions others ask to improve my own skillset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use FIFO costing, and FIFO works a little "too" First In-First Out. When I have a Sales Order with an attached Purchase Order, the costing does not necessarily flow from the PO to the SO inherently. With configuration and clever use of locations, there is work around, but the nature of a SO-PO link should force the costing to flow as "Actual Specific" even when the item is defined as FIFO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legacy system has worked well for a long time, and modern enhancements layered on top have helped with the longevity of the software. However, the aging architecture and the base platform have not kept pace with modern technology. Acumatica allows us to build our proprietary add-ons atop a solid platform with modern technology and tools. Many custom enhancements for us on our legacy system are made into Acumatica, providing a far more robust framework for better data management and support of our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please don't put it off! Download the free software, install it right away, and explore the features. See for yourself what it can do for you. It's free. There are free training videos for technically savvy individuals. You don't have to take my word for it. You need a little bit of time and the willingness to explore for yourself.

Since implementing Acumatica, we have developed in-house customizations to fill in our very specialized business processes ranging from simple 5-minute enhancements without coding to complex solutions with sophisticated event handling. The modern toolset enables streamlining business workflow through automation and validation at entry.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited license option; stratified "editions" (construction, e-commerce, etc.); simple OData query creation and publishing; simple file import/export facility

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities of Acumatica are immensely helpful. The dashboards, generic inquiries equip us to make better and faster management decisions. It also gives significant flexibility as to the visibility permissions of team members. Setting up the system was very difficult and complicated, but if done well, is well worth the time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Setting up the system is difficult and complicated. There has to be higher levels of competency for administrators and the project team; and new people would find it difficult to learn the internal structure and set-up making the company dependent on the original administrators.

2. Local support is not yet strong enough, and there is not enough knowledge online to easily google solutions to problems. I feel that strong channel partner support is very critical and something that Acumatica needs to strengthen to grow the install base in the Philippines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. There is more information flowing through the company, allowing decentralization while at the same time empowering people to make better and more well-informed decisions.

2. Saves time and effort - automation allows us to save on time and effort in gathering information and coordinating, when people have information at their fingertips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Acumatica is a very powerful tool when set up well. I recommend having a good, highly-organized and intelligent core team who is familiar with the company's business and are forward thinkers. Make sure you get a solid channel partner as local support, because you will surely need it. Maximize the use and make the system work for your company.

What do you like best about the product?
Animatics was very reliable and fast. There were connectors that worked with Magento.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our partner we worked with wasn’t very helpful with customizations. There was lack in documentation for our developer to learn the api and third party development is expensive

We are trying to make the business more efficient with online orders and over the phone order process.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is very customizable. Our anylictics team was quickly able to create dashboards and work flows that allow our team to be more productive. The management of our product is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program has been very buggy since I first started using it. Sometimes it will produce multiple negative times. Sometimes it will produce a MoveNext error. Also, I have lost the written descriptions that I had written in a particular time slot because of data corruption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great user interface easy to add custom fields some unique features like Attributes, sub-accounts, non-inventory items, Branches good, detailed security model choice of options of deployment built-in reporting and report customizations good drill-down features within the reporting

What do you like best about the product?
We bet our future on Acumatica in 2010 by dedicating our practice on Acumatica which, right from the start, was providing a flexible cloud-based ERP software along with a unique business model offering unlimited number of users as well as the choice of deployment method. The flexible and evolutive platform based on the most recent standards and the speed at which new features are provided are awesome and allow us to quickly provide solutions to our customer regarding their business challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows need better integration with existing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined and integrated overall company's processes. Managing Acumatica implementation projects via Acumatica and the integration to Smartsheet. Acumatica provided us a competitive advantage via the tools that we developed with Acumatica via the Acumatica framework to manage the ERP implementation and support (dashboards, customer portal, implementation toolbox, etc.). That enhanced the customer experience from the siPD distinctive selling process based on the Acumatica unique business model to the customer service and support.

Selecting a partner that you are compatible with to implement Acumatica is crucial in the success of your ERP project. The partner should have experience and be dedicated to your Acumatica project.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a solid product. Enterprise availability of data in a package that small business can afford.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is not intuitive (stilted and awkward (has a 90's database feel), . Inter-linking with Payroll is terrible. 3rd party unresponsive.

Could have easier to use analysis tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company wide visibility of data. One platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from Acumatica being cloud-based, we like how we can customize the dashboard of each of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the tabs are being organized, I feel that it can be made simpler an intuitive. I know that the search bar is powerful but quite hard to go around unless again you build your dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem being solved by Acumatica for us is that everyone is on the same page with each and every transaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it would be better if Acumatica can better organize the forms and selections. Better also if there are templates of dashboards we can choose from.
