Powerful low-code/no-code customizations make it really easy to customize the system to fit business needs. Excellent support structure with VARs and Acumatica Community

Always Current Program ensures we are always on the latest release, but puts stress on small companies by having to test all system processes twice a year.

Transparency to business data helps reveal inefficiencies and enables robust reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easy to navigate and intuitive to follow. It has the basic functionalities you look for an ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting has been an issue. It's not easy to build reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is our accounting system that is integrated with our 3PLs and B2C platforms. It maintains all financial records of the company.
Customizable and Easy but Needs Expense Report Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is online, easy to use, and easily customizable. It's great that we were able to work with a partner vendor to create an import for our invoices from our claims and policy software, making it easy to load them into the Acumatica system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Acumatica is not the most user-friendly when it comes to handling expense reports. The screen navigation for these reports can be cumbersome, and our staff often needs explanations on how to add files, which can be a bit of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for general ledger and tracking grants. It solves finance and accounting problems. It's online, easy to use, easily customizable, and integrates well with our claims and policy software for invoicing.

Efficient and User-Friendly, But Lacks POS Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and simplicity of the interface of Acumatica's ERP system. This really helps in making month-end closes more efficient and makes onboarding new team members easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any technology partners that integrate with Acumatica for the POS system needed in our industry (senior living).

Acumatica simplifies reporting on multi-entity portfolios and intercompany mapping. Its user-friendly interface enhances efficiency in month-end closes and eases onboarding of new team members.
