Acumatica for business
What do you like best about the product?
Th ability to easily customize to suit your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides. When you run into issues, it will actually tell you what it is, so you can correct it,

It helps a lot with the ease of customization. I can also do Work in Progress much easier with the time tracking and inventory update features.

Multiple business verticals that can be utilized at once to serve the whole business and not just parts and pieces

Some limitations and youth of product in newer modules like field service.

It's creating one intuitive customer interface for our company.

Ease of use. Reporting, dashboards, and inquiries are great tools.

System performance is at times slow if we have multiple automated schedules and system processes running at the same time.

Acumatica has given us better insight on our financial and inventory records. Allowed us to save on operational costs.

Efficient Financial Management with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is easy to use and understand, which helps me track my group's work effectively. The easy bank reconciliation and reporting features really stand out because what used to take us 3 or 4 days to do manually now gets done in just a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Acumatica could have more native functions like Accounts Payable. Also, the initial setup was difficult.

Acumatica provides centralized, accurate financial information and simplifies bank reconciliation, reducing the process from days to hours.
Easy to Use with Inventory Visibility, Needs Better Lotting Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Acumatica. If you master one area, it is simple to navigate other areas as well. This ease of navigation makes it easier to have departments cross-trained. I also appreciate Acumatica for providing visibility to product inventory levels and product data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have difficulties with auto allocations due to lotted items. Much focus is needed on processes when dealing with lotting.

Acumatica provides visibility to product inventory levels and data, making it easier to cross-train departments. Its ease of use allows mastering one area to simplify navigating others.
