All in one, what else do you need?
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all our business/branches in one system, no more going back & forth into three or more systems, is a time and life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I stare at screens all day I would love a dark mode option like on my phone, just to help my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financials and AR all in one place to help us collect & also take care of our customers faster.

Stop thinking and take action.

We love the speed in which we can enter transactions.

The payroll module is adequate but clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to the cloud and now can work remotely. I have found it to be very easy to customize and integrate with other applications.

Robust cloud ready sloution with best of bread features.
Full-featured, ease of integration out of the box is the best I have seen
the low code/ no code design allows for customization in the cloud which is normally unheard of.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much so far that I have seen that didn't impress although I have not investigated the pricing model to comment on comparison to others.

I am upgrading a 20+ yr old platform with no back-office requirements.

We appreciate the customization features of Acumatica. We also were looking for a platform that was online.

Report Writing. Can't wait for the future improvements coming.

The ability to combine 4 our of our legacy systems all in one. Plus, getting rid of doing multiple things in Excel and Word.

Acumatica is easy to learn, and almost everything has more than one or two options for accomplishing the task.

I like everything. Everything is possible to streamline for my process

I love the dashboards and KPIs telling me what I need to take action on.

Sometimes the filters do not work when filtering on specific data.

It's very easy to use. I love how the pricing is not user-based. It leaves room for growth.

I think it runs a little slow for payroll but nothing that hinders us from getting things done. It's really great.

I use CRM and AP a lot. It makes being able to track sales calls and opportunities a lot better. Its very easy to create invoices etc.

Do it. It was the best decision.

There are tons of integrations and features that can be utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is not necessarily built for the industry I'm in, which is engineering. There are other ERP providers that design their software for the AEC industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of it are having all of the facets of our business in one place, to a certain extent; i.e. accounting, marketing, HR, project management.

Be sure it is the right fit for your organization/industry before making the transition. Seek out other users.
