Good but complex
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable & easy access to data-- integrates our whole business
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up in complicated and you have to use a third party VAR

Allows our whole company from sales, to accounting, to operations work in one software all together

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Acumatica is an open format and can work with essentially any other program our company uses. We've also customized our Acumatica program specific to our business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anyone can be a VAR, and there is no knowledge requirement. Be very careful about who you contract with. Make sure first that they truly know the product they are selling and have the bandwidth to take you on as a new customer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica allows us to customize it to work with any other platform we use, and to customize the program itself to work the way we need it to.

I love the visibility into data and how customizable the system is

The warehouse functionality is very simplistic and not suited for our warehouse needs.

User friendly, very east to navigagte and move around.

Moving the company away from Excel and outlook. Faster and more accurate data

I love the customization and way everything is linked (i.e. hyperlinks bring you to details as you go through transactional and report data).

The help/troubleshoot sometimes lacks because there is so much customization.

Giving operational users the ability to run their own reports and see necessary data.
