Controller
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Acumatica is web-based, user friendly, and allows for customization. There is also an app for Acumatica, which helps organize T&E reports, minimizing all the clutter of expense receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my business, we base our percent-complete based on budgets compared to the start and end dates, not on actuals booked thus far. This makes certain journal entries a bit more complex in excel, however I'm sure Acumatica will eventually be able to customize this option down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely easy to see payables and budgets at a glance.

What do you like best about the product?
The accounting software for accountants. Robust, well though out and with great functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not as intuitive as you would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless accounting from time-sheets and expenses by individuals through to reports by customer, by product, by project. All under one roof! Saved time and effort and lessened the number of systems required.

What do you like best about the product?
Acuamatica is both a very powerful tool yet extremely easy to use. Their pricing model is superior to others in the marketplace and we feel that from a price/performance standpoint, it far outshines its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a functionality standpoint, there is really not anything it cannot do. The only limitation that its CRM doesn't interface with GMail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are both a designer of specialty UV lighting applications/products and a distributor of commodity lighting products. Its inventory management capabilities cobmined with extensive reporting tools has allowed us to have much better control of our inventory levels

Do not be concerned about the size of their installation base as compared to the larger packages that are in the marketplace.

Inventory Accuracy and the high number of options, extensions and customizations are my favorite parts of Acumatica

The new licensing limiting feature doesn't work well for our need on our on premise installation.

We have achieved better control of inventory and have been able to integrate with many third party systems.

I don't think the report writer is easy to learn. Much higher learning curve on that.

What do you like best about the product?
The continues improvements of the software and the customer relation that they have to always give a great software for our help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upgrade version has always unresolved problems that delay the process to update to the latest version, and it does not have an full integration with Google Apps

It provides lots of benefits like manage all opportunities in a practical and usefull method, track all leads, ordes etc, security and easy access of information

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica integrates our financials, order processing, manufacturing, shipping and retail POS systems into one integrated system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a bit of a struggle to get the inventory in the system to match our physical counts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've become much more efficient -- our sales have grown 50% in the three years since we implemented Acumatica, and we've been able to grow sales by 50% while only growing customer service and manufactirng headcount by 20%, and we haven't had to add a single position in finance & accounting!

Acumatica is great, just make sure you have a good VAR, and your experience will be really positive.

What do you like best about the product?
Many people running businesses are often on the go and need to stay in touch with what is going back at the office. Acumatica provides access to information and the abiltity to take action whether they want to access it quickly on their mobile or from their laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It depends on the requirements of the company we are helping to review the software. There are always some minor things they don't like but we find ways around the issues.

We work with customers who want to replace multiple aging systems that make it difficult to access information to support key business decisions.
