Acumatica is a Great Mid Market ERP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to consolidate several applications into 1 ERP solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica times out too quickly when you are inactive

we are able to consolidate multiple software programs into 1 ERP solution

What do you like best about the product?
The third party add ons make any solution possible

frequent updates are hard to manage for our company that has a validation requirement for our ERP

the dashboards make data visualization and decision making easy
Acumatica is the next generation of business software.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the Acumatica platform allows us to build custom, integrated modules to adapt the software to our complex business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still lacking some functionality in manufacturing of highly configurable, serialized items, but advances are constantly being made in this area as well, so I'm very hopeful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us one centralizes system to manage our maufacturing, sales, and distribution processes, giving us confidence in the integrity and consistency of our data.
Aucmatica has allowed our business to create a technical advantage in the marketplace.
What do you like best about the product?
General search window is awesome. Ability for clients to enter orders into our system via our custom portal has been a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at this time. It has been way more flexable than our previous system.

It has allowed us to integrate inventory traking between our clients and our company giveing our clients visability.

The fact that it is entirely cloud based and encompasses manufacturing, field service and so many other business processes.

The cloud based architecture introduces some limitations for CMMC compliance.

THe openiness of the platform allow for easy customizations.

Some of the data fields are challenging to determine.

Having a simple end-to-end solution is a game changer for our business. Reducing enterprise complexity is our current KPI.
Currently implementing customer, has found a lot of usability and versatility with the product
