Effective ERP with Room for Mobile Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica for its real-time labor and equipment costing capabilities. The Daily Field report function is a standout feature for me, as it allows our field supervisors to input data, making it immediately available to me. This streamlined process helps in managing our operations more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the app to have a full interface for field personnel. The initial setup was slow and painful, dealing with customizations and importing historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User-Friendly and Paperless, But Needs Better E-commerce Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Acumatica is paperless and user-friendly. It makes receiving seamless into payable invoices. I also appreciate that it's web-based, which was one of the reasons I switched from Cyma.

I find communication with e-commerce platforms using Acumatica to be challenging, and the initial setup wasn't easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Acumatica is; it's easier to pick up than most other ERPs, and it's cloud-based. I also appreciate the fact that there are unlimited users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is a little unique in the way that it works, so the integrations are a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to improve information flow between departments, reduce reliance on Excel, and securely store data. It's user-friendly, cloud-based, and allows unlimited users, making it easier to adopt than other ERPs.
Customizable Yet Challenging to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its customization capabilities, which let me tailor it to my needs. I also appreciate that it's web-based, providing flexibility and ease of access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find financial statement reporting in Acumatica problematic. It shouldn't require light SQL abilities or necessitate changes just for adding a new GL account. Also, the implementation wasn't easy.

Acumatica provides a single source of truth and tracks inventory, which is great for my manufacturing company's finance and accounting needs.
Innovative But Requires Streamlined Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for being a new innovation to reporting, offering a significant upgrade from our previous limitations. I like the community-centered solutions, which come with fewer out-of-the-box sold modules. The hosted Summit event in my company’s home state was a standout, as the connections made during the discovery phase were welcoming and educational.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how they sell additional modules. It would be better if they limited the sales of these modules and kept it in-house. Also, I found the initial setup challenging, even though we had organized support online to keep up with deliverables.

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and easy interface. It offers many integrations which are beneficial. The initial setup process is straightforward too, with starting entries being easy, and the direct import of inventory items and charts of accounts.

Custom reporting design can take a lot of time for template setup.

Scalable Solution with Customizable Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's capability for financial controls, project management, time entry, financial reporting, service management, and manufacturing, especially in the construction and services industry. Its scalability and flexibility to adapt as we grow are key benefits for us. I also really appreciate the ability to change major workflows, approvals, and reports with low-code/no-code. Acumatica's generic inquiry tool is amazing because it lets me build almost every report needed for our business, whether it's financial reporting, operational reporting, or tracking records through workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The field services module is probably the weakest aspect that could use more work. There are improvements on the roadmap that definitely solve the issues that we are experiencing. The calendar board for dispatching, for example, has a lot of limitations on scheduling intuitively and lacks the ability to show it as a calendar for field technicians on their mobile phone. It does not sync with other apps like Microsoft Outlook.

I use Acumatica for financial controls and project management. It solves scalability and flexibility issues, adapting to our growth. I appreciate its low-code/no-code capabilities for changing workflows, approvals, and reports, and the generic inquiry tool for comprehensive reporting.

I like the ease of use and usability of Acumatica. All transactions from various modules are easily linked through the workstream, which makes it efficient for managing inventory and costs, and connecting them back to AP and AR.

The field service module seems as if it has some gaps for niche industry requirements.
