Innovative ERP with a User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Acumatica integrates all phases of all business workflows as a cloud-based ERP. I like the consistent user interface, which reduces the need for training. I also appreciate the biannual innovations that keep us ahead of the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently implemented Acumatica payroll. I would like a better solution than Aatrix to assist in payroll compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to integrate all phases of business workflows as a cloud ERP. Its consistent user interface reduces the need for training, and its bi-annual innovations keep us ahead of the competition.

Acumatica's open framework creates a central hub for your organization's data needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica could do a better job creating an end user friendly way to create new and customizable user interface options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized tool for both sales and manufacturing in a B2B and DTC environment.
Flexible ERP with Robust Features, But Needs Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Acumatica supports our entire business from lead management to sales orders and fulfillment. I find it flexible, easy to use, yet operationally robust and functional. It allows us to replicate the business processes that the market demands and to do so in a functionally correct manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The richness of the product requires more serious support from Acumatica that we seem to have difficulty accessing, at times. We currently use Acumatica as our VAR, and they have structural issues that have led to a negative experience. The transition from Sage 100 was initially painful, taking 3 years to convert. Challenges came from end user non-participation and lack of serious commitment.

Acumatica supports our business from lead management to payment collection. It's flexible and easy to use yet robust, and it lets us adapt to market demands in a functionally correct manner.

I am not a IT guy but want to learn how to do conditional formatting. Need training outside my IT team

How easy it is to use. Everything is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bank feeds do not work for the corporate credit cards. Acurental is horrible and we have had nothing but issues with it.

it is unforgiving. certain things I use on a day to day are difficult to change when it comes to billing/accounting
