Highly Customizable Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate Acumatica with our choice of outside products. Outside of the wide array of quality ISV's, we've also been able to successfully integrate Acumatica with existing products that worked with our prior ERP system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better solution for intercompany transactions. Operating on a global platform in multiple currencies, we are still looking for a viable solution for the intercompany needs of our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully implemented Acumatica for all 6 of our Global entities. The ability to access our ERP system from anywhere with an internet connection has given us tremendous real-time visibility into our globala operations.

Incredible Software for Small - Mid Sized Companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability. It's easy to access from anywhere in the world on any device. We use it in all three of our branches across Canada.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still new and has a lot of kinks to work out. But that being said, it is quick to act and usually the new updates fix the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-Company usage. Three locations. We no longer have to consolidate our businesses instances into one file.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jump in! It's painful in the beginning but once your team speaks the same language, its easy to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with the proper training. Multifunctionality and integration. Lookng forward to the new additions and upgrades coming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Help files currently are not easily found for what is needed sometimes. Some errors that pop up are not related to the screen we are working in.

What do you like best about the product?
The most attractive feature with Acumatica is that the software is not licensed by user=. We can have any number of users accessing the system at the same time. Also, the fact the software was design specifically for a browser and run in the Cloud makes it accessible for anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a steep resource requirement to run the software and database where performance may be affected with more limited server resources but general performance is fine.

CRM, ERP, Manufacturing, Shipping Integration, Credit Card Processing, EDI, WMS, & Service Management
Changes is Fun with the Right software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down to information. The answer may not be right in front of you but with this software the ability to continue to get more details is at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customization becomes a little hiccup, especially if you aren't able to answer the question at had through normal GI's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some transactions have been simplfied for accounting. The customer service side is approving as the more we have developed it for our business. As we continue the reports will help continue to grow our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a good strong partner who will be helping to implement. Shoot for the moon in what you want out of the system, that way when you miss you might at least be orbiting.
Very intuitive product. Easy to provide transparency to all users and shareholders of the company.
What do you like best about the product?
Inutitiveness of the product. I feel like individuals who have no experiences with an ERP system can easily pickup Acumatica and perform basic accounting functions. The reporting tools are extremely customizable and the import scenarios help with batch processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes are with programming the reports. We need some work on this and I would lean more towards self-learning sessions or a library of training resources. Currently the only resources that we have were created from our own recordings from our implementation partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchase orders and transparency and timing of orders has been solved. Also kit assembly of certain manufacutruing units has helped. This was something that was much needed, especially as our capex spend went up, and there was really no insight to how the spend was traveling through the company. Prior financial leadership had weak inventory controls and ordering processes. This has helped us move from periodic inventory to actually attempting a perpetual inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
With the combination of customization capabilities and settings options, we have swiftly changed the system to meet our ever-changing business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not prefer the release cycle of twice a year. We are heavily customized and use several ISVs, which makes upgrade testing and issue resolution difficult to maintain given the twice-a-year cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have redesigned the quoting and vendor pricing updating processes of our business with a custom Opportunity screen - which has taken a process that used to take hours to a matter of minutes.
Very Flexible Product
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely flexible to allow you to taylor make a cuztomized solution to match your business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
When integrating with a variety of 3rd party application add-ons it creates a lot more work and coordination to perform upgrades

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica ease of use for the customer. It is very user friendly and has very helpful sections. Using the different portals has been beneficial .
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not may dislikes. They have changed with newer versions that have addressed these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of the ease of out of the box reports have helped in accounting dept.

WE use Acumatica for accounting and finance. I specifically use it for budgeting and cash flow forcasts.
