Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that its easy to use Acumatica and also east to train new users on the basics of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system doiesn't behave like it should and I find it difficult to troubleshoot. I also have issues deciphering the error codes I get at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica links our US business to our global operation, something that we were severly lacking before. As such it has provided greater clarity accross the busines.
Chooose a great implementor!!!
What do you like best about the product?
We implements MYOB Advance in Australia first - this was not a great experience. This not so great experience made us choose wisely when implementing Acumatica for our USA market. We did and I love everything!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't have time to really utilise the programme to its full potential.

Maybe that the grafical interface and the dashboards are kind of basic.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best it the abilty to attach invoices to entries. I also like being able to reconcile my cash on a daily basis as we are very cash focused. I like the ability to add accounts easily. P&L trending is a great report that we use daily, monthly and for budgeting. I have found the university a great tool and I am enjoying exploring that as well to help with issues I come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't figure out how to get an outstanding check list once I reconcile the bank account. Also, I'm still learning how to change up reports. Its a hurdle for me since I like numbers more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being on 1 system instead of 3. No more INTERCOMPANY!!! Easy to allocate between branches.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different modules available and the fuzzy search technology available on all screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, I don't have any features that I dislike. We have used the product for four years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting, inventory management, sales and purchase ordering. More seamless integration.

Acumatica has done a very good job partnering with leading providers making the system provide endless solutions.

New verisions come so fast hard to keep up on, but they are getting better about training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of add-ons that are available that allows you to automate almost every step of the accounting process

There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike.

We needed to automate our sales importing process. This step alone has allowed us to focus on our operations more.
