A game-changer for ERP systems with a high level of personnalisation

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been 3 years I am using Acumatica as an ERP, it has helped our customers to gain visibility on everyday business with live date, we do particularly appreciate the ability to predict stocks, financial situations thanks to dashboards, reports and general inquiries.
Every module in Acumatica is interconnected and therefore providing the capacity a fully-integrated offer. Our customers were looking for a platform that would enable them to maximise processes and avoid redundant tasks, Acumatica is 100% enabling them to automate tasks and therefore focus on valuable tasks.
It is a scalable platform, enabling our customers to scale the ERP as they grow and adapt accordingly features and performance.

No budget integration. Dashboard for multiple years, periods would be helpful. By account. Report writer.

Integrated modules for most of what we need.
Acumatica – a potent Cloud ERP System.
What do you like best about the product?
The most enjoyable thing about using Acumatica is its immense flexibility. That is a big win for our team who can simply adapt the system to our work processes. In particular, I find searching through the data and the different parts of the system to obtain the information I require quite effortless. We find it easy to customize it in line with our requirements and at the same time this doesn’t require much of a learning curve. Finally, it was compliant with DCAA which really made it stand out during selection of our ERP and ensures we follow the industry standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, the Journal Transactions controls may be strengthened. I have given my opinion that the procedure for reversal or adjustment is not very straightforward and requires certain minor adjustments that should be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the project management and accounting processes easier to operate and has been a game changer for us. This makes our financial data crystal clear, which we use in making informed business decisions.
Quality software that helps track jobs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have so many customizaions specific to your own personal needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the reports do not export nicely into excel. The lien waiver exports into excel are horrible as well.

Helping us keep track of revenue and expenses in an easy manner.

You cannot edit AP bills before making the payment

Its good in the sync with our data base so we can have some data inmediately on hand to process invoices.
Powerful, multifunctional, but leaves much to be desired.
What do you like best about the product?
"Skies the limit" potential and very customizable (all at a cost).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the server to be painfully slow. There are several weird glitches/errors that are persistant. It's missing a number of common sense features. Not intuitive at all, definitely requires some techies to set up and manage. If you do not have the internal abilities to learn the ins and outs, outsourcing will get very expensive. Speaking of outsourcing, it is not commonly used which makes finding help even more difficult. The BigCommerce connector was a major selling feature but is disappointing in speed, functionality, and performance.

Acumatica was chosen for it's ability to contain accounting, order processing, inventory management, shipping, manufacturing, etc all in one spot, eliminting the need to intergrate multiple systems together.

What do you like best about the product?
mainly use it for accounting, so being able to link with velixo and get the data to manipulate in excel, is great.

the few items where some modules arent able to be modified by the user via the customization settings.

able to manipulate the data and find answers needed by executives quickly.
Acumatica is a full function ERP system that continues to innovate and improve their product.
What do you like best about the product?
For us, our software partner has a built-in transition from our old ERP software to Acumatica which makes moving to Acumatica that much smoother. Acumatica is so much newer, smoother, and more intuitive than our old ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have no complaints. Acumatica is a product that we are happy to see continuing to innovate and improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing old slow processes with innovative automation and more intuitive interfaces. Onboarding and adoption will be much easier with Acumatica.
Overall, it's a great ERP option!
What do you like best about the product?
We tried to roll out another ERP prior to Acumatica, and it failed miserably. In our search for something to replace it, we were looking for something that was user-friendly, cost-effective for our small team, and would expand our capabilities to allow us to grow. We have found it to be just that and are relatively happy with our decision to go with this platform. It's forced us to really think through workflows and streamline our processes as a team, which is helpful!
We also find it helpful to have visibility into what our entire team is doing. We can see the whole process, from Purchase Orders, to Sales Orders, payments, etc., and have a better idea of item/order statuses without having to shout down the hall to ask.
Get yourself a good VAR because it makes a huge difference! You will rely on them for so much. We were paired with one that works well for our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica has a lot of incredibly cool features, but some of them require add-ons or customizations. Our general theme in searching for an ERP platform was "If Quickbooks can do it, so should you." For example, the Document Recognition software is really neat, but it's an added monthly charge. That's something that the basic Quickbooks package offers for free. We started our Acumatica journey with a new (to us) payment processor, but had many issues with their integration. We ended up switching to Acumatica Payments, which actually saves us a good chunk of money in CC fees, but in doing so we also lost some functionality and it forced us to upgrade earlier than we had planned to do so.
I imagine that integration issues are common across the board for ERPs, but we really have been pretty pleased with Acumatica.

Overall, Acumatica is helping us streamline and improve our processes so we can make intelligent, data-based decisions to grow our business.
Acumatica Cloud ERP is Exactly What We Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the people involved at every level. We had a complex integration but Acumatica's integration team personally stepped up and resolved key issues. Twice per year updates keep the software fresh and feature-rich, and many of the new features are a result of community feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike honestly. It's a pure cloud app so connectivity is easy from anywhere with an internet connection. The Field Services module could still use refinement, along with the calendaring functionality for service management. A few years ago, the platform was relatively new and had several weak areas but these deficiencies have been filled with each update and it is only getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A key problem solved is project visibility for real-time profitability and cost accounting. The business intelligence aspect is critical to keeping projects on track and something we have not been able to find in comparable platforms.
