It's a feature rich financial software that also easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Robust Financial modules with support of contracts and deferred revenue. Multi-currency is also supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration between CRM and the rest of the modules are lacking. Credit Terms are not flexible enough to handle on-the-fly down payment plus evenly divided remaining amount. Distribution modules usability is average.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified daily and monthly process with flexible configuration and batch processing. SAAS enables user to access work from anywhere.

Very robust SAAS solution for daily accounting needs.

Old-style interface but highly customizable

Mobile app (we use it for expense reports);

The interface looks a bit outdated, and it is hard to navigate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Acumatica as our finance system. I primarily use it for expense reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many integrations you need to do - Acumatica may or may not have ready-to-use integration solutions for other systems.
Customizable Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to improve our AP process and significantly reduce payment processing time since we switched to Acumatica from our in-house software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations to the system and expensive and take a long time to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced turnaround time and can track payment types much more easily than before we had the system. We love that Acumatica is so compatible with Excel.
Business software that’s great
What do you like best about the product?
its Designed web based so any device browser works
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked when I opened my contacts I couldn’t call my pressing the number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wether it’s expense claims or sale orders contacts or technical support cases, every screen can be visible

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations can easily be built with any external software by a developer. All the modules relating to finance very comprehensive and being able to use Microsoft power BI for reporting is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few annoying things like very clunky payment matching process and the CRM feature is basically useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we thought we were solving a problem by getting away from an erp without a finance module which then linked into sage. But TBH we seem to have created more problems for ourselves and what benefit we have acctually gained would be a question.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are in the UK i would be very careful about going with this product as there are only a handful of re sellers with limited experiance.
Acumatica is a good all in one Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the functionality of Acumatica and the ability to document information on different client accounts. Also the ability to communicate between departments is great. The dashboards are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the system times out at least once a day even while actively using the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central hub to hold all client data. Less paperwork, better communication and processes.
Complicated CRM and a poor UI
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to edit existing reports in terms of adjusting fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report building is more complex then it needs to be when compared to simpler CRMs like Salesforce

Sales pipeline forecasting and existing revenue insights.
Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
This product is not user friendly. I do not enjoy using this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of user errors this system allows is very high. I do not find this product easy to use. The search functions are atrocious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for accounting purposes and media buying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not recommend this product at this point in time. Perhaps if my experience improves, I could consider recommending.
