Great application for accounting and non-accounting people.
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a great and recommendable application that meets all users needs.
The system is amazing and it is cloud-based thus making it easy to access from anywhere anytime.
It is so user-friendly and it can be customized to suit your needs.

I have nothing to dislike about the application. It means a lot to us and i recommend it.

Acumatica is the best and most secure application for accounting i have ever used.
It supports great features which makes accounting processes easier and faster.
It is very easy and fast to implement and set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an amazing, powerful, flexible ERP; i like their community.. really like their automation via business events , import scenarios and workflows with low code no code
What do you dislike about the product?
Should increase the free sandbox timeline on upgrade
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Acumatica, i managed to have 9 business events which are making sure that we minimize and catch the errors in real time
Flexible with customizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly screen setup, the look and most of the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed assets module is not adequate. The convert purchase to asset section is difficult to use and will not post in the correct periods. I also would like to see future modifications to the service contract screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated finance and inventory. FIxed asset management and deferred revenue ease.

The interface is great. I like that it is cloud-based, user-friendly and the system is amazing. I like that there are many options to integrate within the framework. It really is a solution for any industry or problem due to the many partners integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There invoicing is sometimes not up to date and gets send out even though its paid so something to look at. Billing reminder can be improved on.

Streamlining our business processes and the ability to have dashboard to give us a quick insights into our business.
Simplifies Pricing and Customizable for Any Use Case
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica to handle our day-to-day processes and it simplifies complex customer pricing for our customer service team. I like how easy it is to integrate with third-party add-ons. They're really good at customizing the system to work for any use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to tell if someone is working on the same screen as you. If two people are working on the screen and one saves, it will delete all the work the other one was doing on that screen.

I use Acumatica to handle day-to-day processes, simplify complex customer pricing for my service team, and support reporting and decision-making.

I work in marketing so the CRM is just amazing, and I love that everyone has access to it in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more training courses for marketing and CRM.

It it helping us have everything we need all in one platform. I do lead gen, my timecard, and expenses all in one platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform and how easy it is to implement new users and security groups. Once you have the correct security groups setup and giving rights to the correct groups makes the platform safe from a security standpoint. The other great thing is the user licenses. No extra cost to implement new users onto your platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything I dislike at the time of using the product.

Moving from an on-premises solution and moving to the cloud.
