customization ability is great. i can design all my business support needs in one system

sometimes documentation is lacking. luckily we have a great partner to help. and the Acumatica community is growing

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further, this is the best mid-sized ERP system out there! I've used Sage 50, 500, MS GP/Dynamics, SAP, Peoplesoft. Acumatica is the best system i've used to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to learn. Powerful tools to analyze the data and good integration between the modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many steps to finish a process. Could be more simple.

Organize the inventory and the sales team more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good system, easy to use, and reliable. The modules are well integrated and offer different tools for users. The dashboard is easy to modify and personalized.

There are tons of options for customization, and you can tailor this to work with any business

The contracts module is where I can see room for improvement, as it is more rigid than the rest of the system

We have found ways to utilize the portal feature and integrate it in multiple businesses.

Look into each specific module, and inquire individually about each area of your business process

Very helpful but still missing a lot of important features

What do you like best about the product?
Very fast speed. Cloud software, so it can be accessed remotely. Also, easy to be customized according to your company’s needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that do no exist in this software, such as entering credit card charges. We had to come up with an entire process of entering these charges as bills and closing them out with the credit card cash account. We asked to have this feature added and apparently it doesnt exist at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can hold a lot of heavy files and does not get stuck or slow. Much better than quick books in that sense.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica customization tools allow us to modify the visual, functional and database related features of an implementation. non-technical users can use web tools to build reports, modify workflow, add user defined fields and change the screen appearance. Advanced users can use the API and SDK to integrate other systems and modify source code. changes are stored separately from core logic so customizations are maintained during upgrades.

i have found only the beneficial features of the Acumatica

Acumatica includes document management capabilities for attaching receipts forecasts assumptions and other information to financial transactions this improves auditing by linking documentation directly to financial transactions, a business class wiki is available to manage help files and portals so i can create document sharing spaces for specific teams or projects

I would definitely recommend this software to other users

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a cloud-based platform that gives you tools to improve your business planning and improve the management of your digital economy. It allows you to join various lines of business and provides leadership visibility from financial reports to interaction with clients, in general it is very complete. And it could be said that it is a good option for the ERP solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform should improve its interface, for optimal performance within it, any suggestion that could be left to you would be to customize the interface to hide the fields that are not being used at the moment, also its design in reports is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is in constant growth and this means that our accounting needs or demands increase, this platform allows us to track our inventory in addition to our sales and have a more organized follow-up and record of them. We can perform real-time monitoring of the sales that are being made through specific panels and reports. We create a specific control panel for each of our employees who perform roles in general. We have greater control and administration, our work and production team even achieve a constant flow of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform allows you to adapt easily, it is very intuitive and easy to use, it also does not have a large learning curve, it allows to carry out a complex accounting process. You can customize it based on your business process and its configuration is very simple, despite some errors that it presents, I recommend it, since everything it has presented has had a solution and it allows it to be a great option for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has helped our month end by keeping everything in one place, and by easily toggling between transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While trying to process a customer refund we have found that the AR module and AP module do not communicate with each other. After entering a customer refund we usually send a check to the customer but it does not send it to AP to write the check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of implementing the construction module and currently learning field reporting. This will help us keep track of our labor costs a little easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When going through the implementation process, stick with it and make sure you have all of your information correct. So when you go live there will be no back peddling trying to find missing information.

Implemented Acumatica in my last two different companies with very different requirements

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive nature of the product means that 90% of the time if you think a process is going to work in a particular way, it does, which makes getting up to speed much easier. Also the number of clicks to perform entries and analysis is less than what I have seen in competing products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most ERP systems the out of the box financial reports are hard to configure, but the Excel integration we sourced has eliminated this as an issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved product costing and inventory control has been a major benefit, as well as significantly improved transaction flow for AP and AR.
