What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica easy to use, which is really important for our company ERP. I appreciate the open license it offers. It's also great for exporting and using external reporting, which has been beneficial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the timekeeping feature hasn't worked for us. We require daily time tracking for project costing and budgeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps with team access and efforts for company goals, is easy to use, offers an open license, and supports exporting for external reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the cloud-based aspect of Acumatica, as it allows access from anywhere, which is really convenient. I also appreciate its customizability, which makes it nice to tailor to our needs. Additionally, it helps us streamline Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, making our operations more efficient.

No access to SQL

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable and powerful Acumatica is. I appreciate the fact that I can customize it myself, instead of needing to pay someone else. The software isn't locked down, making it more desirable. It allows me, as a project manager and systems engineer, to keep an eye on my projects, import purchase order data, and view all financials. Most questions about how things are going in my project can be identified and viewed without having to bother anyone or wait for responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I'm still trying to get myself up to speed, I don't really know. I do wish there was more live through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to monitor projects and financials without needing to wait for responses, thanks to its insightful visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Acumatica is to use. I value features like exporting to Excel and ERP reporting, as well as duplicating GL types. I think Acumatica is a better product compared to what we were using before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more training on the service module. My organization isn't using the service module for what it was intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica handles job costing, WIP, AP and AR invoices, and service orders for my construction company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having all the information in one place with Acumatica. I also appreciate that we can adapt it to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our relationship with our current VAR Insite for Acumatica has been difficult. We are having difficulty finding out all the options that would help us to succeed and use the software to the best of its abilities. The initial setup was a bit of a struggle, more in the back office than in the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having all information in one place and that Acumatica can be adapted to our needs. We switched to Acumatica to scale and customize within one system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is on the cloud, which solves updating and geography issues. I also appreciate its customization capabilities, including the use of Generic Inquiries and compatible software, which allow us to operate most efficiently and get the data we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with back flushing labor, and I don't love some of the canned reports. Also, the initial setup was painful and slow.

Acumatica being on the cloud solves updating and geography issues for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the capabilities and reporting options that Acumatica provides. I can customize just about every screen, which is a big plus for me. The dashboards are also great because they allow me to embed workspace pages in widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more modern with easier access to adjust settings. The amount of clicks it takes to complete some transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for project cost and budget tracking. I love its capabilities, especially the customizable screens and dashboards that let me embed workspace pages in widgets, enhancing my productivity.

I like how Acumatica gives you a baseline platform that can be customized.

I need an easy way to fix errors in a timely way. The initial setup of Acumatica has been a struggle for us because we had a lot of turnover and didn't have the same champion.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use in Acumatica, especially when it comes to navigating and drilling down into the data. It's so straightforward to quickly look up and resolve inquiries, which is crucial when I'm dealing with inquiries from vendors and contractors or checking the status of client payments. The capability to confirm statuses easily is a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of how Acumatica times out too early. It's frustrating dealing with invoices that have been handled but still remain in 'Pre-select' status. Also, while the original setup was pretty smooth, we're still addressing some glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica easy to use, quickly resolving inquiries. The drill down feature helps me efficiently search and confirm vendor, contractor, and client payment statuses.
