Boosted Efficiency, Faster reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all data at my fingertips, which allows for fast reporting and lets me see company sales and margins quickly. This feature helps me make faster and better decisions as the information is readily available. I also appreciate the time efficiency in pickups across different departments, which really enhances our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugin Fusion WMS we have operating has bugs to fix internally. It's not allocating product accurately with special order items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for POS and warehouse management, which improves time efficiency during pick-ups across departments. Having data at my fingertips allows for fast reporting and better decisions, enhancing company sales and margins.
Customizable and Adaptable ERP, Minor Field Service Gaps
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica's ability to be customized and its adaptability. We can tailor the system to fit our specific workflows, unlike most other ERPs that require us to adapt to their systems. I also like its availability, which ensures that all my data is in one place and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Field Service is a little underdeveloped. Time Management needs expansion.

Acumatica ensures all my data is in one place and actionable. We customize it to work with our specific workflows, unlike other ERPs that require us to adapt.
Versatile, User-Friendly System with Comprehensive Data Access
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Acumatica is and the large access to information it provides. It solves problems so well, and if there's an issue, it's probably just me not knowing how to use it better. The modules and reports are set up the same way, so there's no need to learn multiple systems. Acumatica does it all in one. I also appreciate the insight it provides our entire team with up-to-date information about inventory tracking, so we never question if we have enough product. Open University is a big tool for accessing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect that doesn't work well is when my employees don't use it. The system can only provide what we give it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for entering AR invoices, tracking inventory, and processing payments. It provides my team with up-to-date inventory insights, ensuring we always know if we have enough product.
Ease of Use with a Need for UI Improvement

I like Acumatica's ease of use.

I don't like the move of user interface of Acumatica. Also, the initial setup wasn't particularly easy.

Acumatica helps me manage receivables, payables, construction, and fixed assets. It's easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica offers many tools under one roof, which really helps streamline processes. The real-time visibility to project costs, materials, and activities is another aspect I find incredibly beneficial. I also really like having the mobile app on my phone, allowing me to access data in real time and make actionable decisions quickly when I'm away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receiving material can be cumbersome because you have to access multiple screens just to enter it into the system. We could benefit from having an OCR tool that allowed us to scan the packing slip, with that auto lookup the PO and receive the qty of items on the packing list.

I use Acumatica for real-time visibility into project costs, materials, and activities. It offers many tools under one roof, and the mobile app lets me access data on the go, enabling quick decisions.

I find that anything not tied to the construction side of things doesn't work as well.

I really like Acumatica for its all-inclusiveness, which is important for our project management needs. The iTech and Acumatica team have been great and efficient, making the initial setup a smooth process.

I find the Field Service addition lacking in Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is our new ERP for our field service business. It allows us to run our new business and see profitability. It seems fairly intuitive and not overly complex, even though I am brand new to using it. The overall structure makes sense and my first impression is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a bit clunky such as the separation of billable hours and payroll. Still figuring this out though.

I love how Acumatica is the most flexible ERP I have ever used. I also appreciate the ease in creating Dashboards, which helps users quickly plan their day.
