User-Friendly and Customizable for Construction Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is user-friendly and offers customizations, making it a great fit for our construction business. It's been a big help in keeping our job tracking seamless, and we can easily run job P&Ls to see where our strengths and weaknesses are. The financials are easy to pull, which lets us see how the company's performing overall. I also appreciated the initial setup support we received from Janella with SWK—she asked all the right questions to make sure everything went smoothly.

I need a delete button :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica keeps job tracking seamless and helps run job P&L's to identify strengths and weaknesses. It's user-friendly, customizable, and pulling financials is easy, showing our company's performance overall.
Highly Customizable ERP with Some 3rd-Party Reliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Acumatica is for the team to use and understand. I also like the ability to customize the system to make it easier for everyone. I appreciate the portability and being able to access it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
What does not work is having to add on 3rd party modules to do some options like Stampli and EBiz. I would like to see more items integrated into Acumatica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for recording transactions accessible by the team and other systems. It's easy for my team to use, allows customization, and offers portability for access anywhere.
Easy GI & Web Endpoint Creation for Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to create GIs and web endpoints, which makes it straightforward to integrate with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often end up overloading our instance, and when that happens the response times become noticeably slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our sales orders and inventory has been much easier and more organized.
Integrated Financial Data at Your Fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I like having integrated information with Acumatica. It allows me to have data at my fingertips for answering vendor and customer questions and ensuring that financial information is accurate for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the general ledger detail report could be improved. The report layout returns pages and pages of information that could be presented more concisely and easier to read. The initial setup of Acumatica was also a bit challenging, as we were learning so much, which made the implementation bumpy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to solve financial and accounting cycle problems. It provides integrated information, enabling me to access data instantly for vendor and customer inquiries and ensuring accurate financials.
Reliable Data Hub with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica's ability to connect o-data to Power BI to build complex visuals that influence business decisions. It's great to have a unified tool for our entire organization to enter valuable data that's accessible for everyone. I also like that it provides reliable data to influence decisions and acts as a single source of truth for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can at times become frustrated because data is in a lot of different areas, causing one to have many windows open. It would be nice to reduce that and have options to more navigation on every screen.

Acumatica provides reliable data and serves as a single source of truth, helps in connecting o-data to Power BI for visualizations, and acts as a unified tool for entering and accessing valuable data across the organization.
Acumatica's Intuitive Interface and Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Acumatica. I've only used it for a year, but I was able to grasp an understanding within days. The intuitiveness is great.

Acumatica solves general SMB problems by managing marketing, sales, production, inventory, and shipping cycles. It's user-friendly, as I quickly understood its features within days, thanks to its intuitiveness.
Great Interface and API Integration, Needs More Robustness

I like the interface and data consolidation that Acumatica provides. I also find the integration to other systems via API particularly beneficial.

I find the base system needs other partners to make it more robust. Also, the initial setup was a challenge.

I use Acumatica for account management, vendor management, and item replenishment, appreciating the interface and data consolidation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy access to data, clean interface, speed, and reliability of Acumatica. It helps me a lot with reporting project and order performance as well as overall company financial performance. The ability to bring together many transactions with multiple unique factors quickly makes us agile in analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find identifying which defaults are driving certain parts of transactions to be challenging. The ability to drill into where data fields were coded from would be helpful.

I use Acumatica for reporting project and order performance, and financial performance. It gives me easy access to data with a clean interface, making us agile in analysis for complex construction transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it helps keep track of all our financial data and displays it in an easy-to-use format. The user-friendly nature of Acumatica really helps me get the most out of the ERP. I also appreciate that Acumatica offers a wide variety of modules that help with all aspects of our business. It's really easy to use and navigate, which makes onboarding a less stressful task than other ERPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the roll out of new updates. It seems to be a little slow in implementation.

I use Acumatica to track financial data easily, and its wide modules simplify our business processes. It's user-friendly, aiding onboarding and making ERP usage less stressful, plus it's more cost-effective than SAP.
