Acumatica has been a great upgrade from our previous ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access information, create GIs and drill down in reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing customizations and having to wait on them to be completed.

Fincancial reporting is much easier with Acumatica

Moving from Legacy Systems to Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I was able to laout precisely the workflows we needed and our VAR was able to implement them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more NO CODE options for customizations like Salesforce ro Smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using multiple platforms to create data. With Acumatica we were able to do it with one system
Best ERP launch
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customize ability of the product and their willingness to invest in a future development
What do you dislike about the product?
Large amount of information that is visible to employees who don't need to see it. That's able to be customized but takes time.

Very user friendly and easy to use. I love that they listen to their users.

Nothing to note as a dislike. The system is great!

Sales and inventory planning upadtes that allow automated events to be created

What do you like best about the product?
As a former user of Microsoft dynamics, gray Plains, Acumatica allows you to run reports and analyze financial data in record time. No more waiting to switch between companies or wait for reports to finish running. It also allows to export to excel seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes trying to navigate to certain screens to figure out why something happened the way that it did, it is difficult to find the reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to export data to Excel with ease. We are also able to see bank data in real time as our previous system didn't allow for direct data feeds from our bank
Thoughts after being with Acumatica for 4 months
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is linked together. It seems like it very user friendly when it comes to trying to find orders and the information that goes with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been hard to import our historical data into Acumatica - this would include past quotes/orders/images that go with past orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica got us up-to-date with a 'newer' ERP system. We were on our old system for 20+ years.

Great look. Great way to export useful data
What do you dislike about the product?
scheduling function for 2-deep BOM's is near impossible. BOM configuration for plastic injection molding not ideal

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an extremely powerful system, fully integrated, and continually evolving to meet our business needs. Our ESM Carolyn is one of a kind and there isn't a problem she can't solve for us.

At times, it can be overwhelming due to the multiple functions.

Acumatica provides timely and relevant data that we need to make business decisions.
