Acumatica's Intuitive Interface and Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Acumatica. I've only used it for a year, but I was able to grasp an understanding within days. The intuitiveness is great.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves general SMB problems by managing marketing, sales, production, inventory, and shipping cycles. It's user-friendly, as I quickly understood its features within days, thanks to its intuitiveness.
Great Interface and API Integration, Needs More Robustness
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and data consolidation that Acumatica provides. I also find the integration to other systems via API particularly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the base system needs other partners to make it more robust. Also, the initial setup was a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for account management, vendor management, and item replenishment, appreciating the interface and data consolidation.
Streamlined Analysis, Reliable Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy access to data, clean interface, speed, and reliability of Acumatica. It helps me a lot with reporting project and order performance as well as overall company financial performance. The ability to bring together many transactions with multiple unique factors quickly makes us agile in analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find identifying which defaults are driving certain parts of transactions to be challenging. The ability to drill into where data fields were coded from would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for reporting project and order performance, and financial performance. It gives me easy access to data with a clean interface, making us agile in analysis for complex construction transactions.
User-Friendly ERP with Diverse Modules
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it helps keep track of all our financial data and displays it in an easy-to-use format. The user-friendly nature of Acumatica really helps me get the most out of the ERP. I also appreciate that Acumatica offers a wide variety of modules that help with all aspects of our business. It's really easy to use and navigate, which makes onboarding a less stressful task than other ERPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the roll out of new updates. It seems to be a little slow in implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to track financial data easily, and its wide modules simplify our business processes. It's user-friendly, aiding onboarding and making ERP usage less stressful, plus it's more cost-effective than SAP.
Integrated, Real-Time Data with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica provides an integrated source of truth and real-time data at our fingertips. The dashboards and GIs are really useful, giving us all the information we need to run the company on a daily basis. I also appreciate the Excel download feature with Velixo.

I find the mobile app a little dated.

I like Acumatica for its single source of truth and out-of-the-box functionality. The initial setup was extremely easy with our VAR, which was great.

I'm still learning the QMS module.

Easy to Use ERP with Strong Features, Needs Careful Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate Acumatica, making it simple to learn the system quickly. The inventory module stands out as very easy to use, and it supports using multiple warehouses with ease, facilitating easy stock transfers and receipts. Overall, I think Acumatica is a great system that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation required buy-in for all staff, so when we launched, it was difficult, and we were learning as we went. Those without much experience found the initial setup difficult.

Acumatica supports our customer service, inventory, and finance, serving as one source of truth. It's easy to navigate and the inventory module allows easy stock transfers and receipts.

I appreciate Acumatica for its time-saving and efficiency, as it has automated many processes for our business. I also like how efficient the system is overall. It's a great program.

The back end is rather complex when you aren't in the IT department.

Limitless Customization, Tough Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the cloud-based nature of Acumatica, which is great for my needs. I also love its limitless customization abilities. This allows us to tailor the platform to fit our business model and workflows perfectly.

It requires lots of customizing, especially forms and reports. The initial setup was very difficult.

I find Acumatica's cloud-based nature and limitless customization abilities great. It tailors the platform to our business model and workflows.
Highly Customizable with Strong Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is a more modern program made this millennium. Most of the customizations can be completed without significant investment compared to its peers and with significantly less friction. I appreciate how the manufacturing module was extended to support our nutrient production line, and how we can use customizations for recurring orders, billing, and intercompany sales and transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed of Acumatica lacking. I think a data warehousing add-on would be nice, though it seems it's in the pipeline. Also, caching or support for something like the 'processing node' offered by Acumatica that could be self-hosted would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica manages ERP, procurement, production, AP, AR, and customer management. I like that modern customizations are low-cost and low-friction, with modules supporting our specific needs like nutrient production and intercompany processes.
