Streamlines Employee Workflow for Efficient Fulfillment and Clear Communication
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the process for all of our employees, helping us get customers their items efficiently while keeping communication clear throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike Acumatica. It has genuinely helped make my day-to-day tasks more efficient and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an accountant, I find that Acumatica works well with our outside systems, like Avalara and EBizCharge. It helps our business use the tools we need while still relying on Acumatica’s services, so we can support our processes effectively and do our best for our customers.
A Steep Learning Curve That Pays Off
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Acumatica is a big improvement over our legacy system, allowing us to scale our processes and increase the capacity and bandwidth of my team. I find it helpful that it enables us to grow and scale our processes without needing to increase headcount as our business expands. The mass actions through General Inquiries (GIs), screens, and import scenarios have been a huge value add for my team. They allow us to bulk process orders and manage allocations without having to click into individual sales orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally loading speeds on General Inquiries (GIs) and dashboards have slowed down processes for us. Also, there was a steep learning curve because it functions so differently, so it was difficult to learn initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us grow and scale our processes, reducing the need for more staff. Mass actions through GIs, screens, and import scenarios allow bulk order processing, managing allocations efficiently without individual order access.
Easy Scheduling, But Needs Better Data Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of scheduling, which increases our workflow and allows us to get more done. The initial setup of Acumatica was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the flagging in the system; it has issues or errors with shipping and receiving or bad data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica ensures on-time delivery and makes scheduling easy, which increases our workflow and allows us to get more done.
Easy Navigation and User-Friendly Experience in Acumatica

The number of add on systems we are currently using instead of fully utility what is available directly in acumatica

End to end construction capability to eliminate neede add on software such as procore and ironclad
Eases Processes but CRM Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica automates the processes we had to do manually in the past. I also appreciate the data and reporting features. We didn't have good data before, which made our reporting terrible and very limited, but now our CSR efforts are being quantified through data. The initial setup of Acumatica was relatively easy, with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM module is not working for us. It doesn't reflect our current workflow or sales cycle well.

I use Acumatica to automate processes we used to do manually and improve data and reporting, which was terrible and limited before. Now, our CSR efforts are quantified through data.
Easy-to-Use Interface That Helps New Users Hit Organization Goals
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to work with. As a new user, it has been easy to pick up and use to accomplish organization goals
What do you dislike about the product?
Friendly user interface and reporting modules have been great for me as a new user. I have not noted downsides to this point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing us with meaningful information to make the best business decisions, specifically related to finance, shipping and fulfillment.
Efficient for Manufacturing, Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use once everything is set up. With a team of sales members that need to enter orders, being able to enter in orders and have them visible to production in real time helps the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the setup time; it's not easy. I also think the configurator could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for transparency into cost versus pricing, and it helps my team enter orders that are visible to production in real time, simplifying the process.
Valuable Data Access, Needs Improved Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the access to data Acumatica provides, especially through the Generic Inquiries (GIs), which allows me to have better access without relying on another group. The potential for more automation is exciting as well; we're slowly working on creating this. The ability to build what I need and value, beyond standard reports like P/L and Balance Sheets, is a big plus. I also want to learn to use Business Events for automation to alert my team on certain processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GIs took time to learn. It would be great if there was a wizard for new users to build even a simple one. Also, the initial setup was moderate. We unfortunately had a firm deadline and we were not able to fully set up Acumatica on Day 1 and are still trying to catch up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica gives me better access to data compared to our old ERP, allowing me to create custom GIs without relying on others. I also see potential for more automation, specifically using Business Events to alert my team on certain processes.
So happy to champion such a great product

Automated Financial Reporting Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I anticipate using Acumatica to automate financial reporting, and I really appreciate the accounts payable feature. I also like the invoice coding automation.
