Ease of Use with Community Support, But Needs Automation

I like the ease of use and the community.

I don't like the ramp, as I have to manually post expenses instead of having an option to release all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for invoicing, month-end close, and vendor payment, and I appreciate its ease of use and community support.

I like the ease of customization in Acumatica, which allows me to create workflows that improve efficiency.

I don't like that converting an opportunity into a project is challenging in Acumatica. The initial setup was complicated and intense.

Highly Customizable with Deep Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica provides more detailed visibility into our operational data, offering new insights and methods to address various workplace challenges. My favorite thing about Acumatica is its easy customization to our needs. I can spin up new GIs in minutes, and this flexibility really stands out. For instance, while reviewing a sales profitability report, I could easily clone the report as a GI and add the necessary cost column data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If more things can be modified by end-users to work specifically for them, or how they like to see things without needing high-level access, I think would really help cater to everyone, to work the way they work best

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and appreciate its reporting capabilities. It makes things more efficient and provides clearer data, which is really useful for my sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use. This makes it valuable because it consolidates all our financial and project health data in one place, allowing for real-time project health tracking. The initial setup was pretty simple too, especially compared to other implementations I've been through, which were much more difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need the ability to reconcile all general ledger balance sheet accounts in the system. It currently only allows reconciliations for cash accounts.

Acumatica allows real-time project health tracking and centralizes our financial and project data, which is easy to use.
Effortless Usability Boosts Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and easy screens, which make navigating through the software straightforward. I appreciate the consistent platform formats, which provide a seamless experience. It's great to easily move between AR and AP flows without hassle, and I find the inventory management to be consistent from end to end. The initial setup was easy, taking about four months with the help of a VAR. I'd definitely recommend Acumatica to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with dashboards not being easy for us. We also have issues with versions of truth since we're not experts in this area.

I use Acumatica for reporting, inventory management, and customer service. It solves these efficiently with its ease of use, easy screens, and consistent platform formats, helping me move easily between AR and AP flows and maintain inventory consistency end to end.
Customizable Cloud ERP with Real-Time Data
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customization options with Acumatica and the people we've worked with on this have been a massive plus. I also appreciate the ability to customize and create reports comparing different parts of the business. The large number of capabilities that Acumatica offers as a cloud ERP is a big bonus. It's been amazing working with our VAR SWK for the initial setup.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica offers faster order processing. The training has been easy, which is a significant plus. The initial setup has been easy so far, making the transition smoother. I also gave it a recommendation score of 9, indicating my satisfaction with the product.

Seamless Transition and Robust Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
We are in the testing phase, and so far, the experience with Acumatica has been great! I am looking forward to the full ERP functionality it offers. I'm impressed with the better data usability and the more mobile opportunities that Acumatica provides. The training process is very methodical, and the people involved have been fantastic. Switching from Quickbooks to Acumatica has given us more robust data capabilities. Even though we are just in the testing phase, everything with the initial setup has been so far so good!

I find Acumatica provides full ERP functionality, offering better data usability and more mobile opportunities. We switched from Quickbooks for more robust data handling.
