Centralized Data Management for Manufacturing Success
What do you like best about the product?
I like managing data inside Acumatica. It's great to have all our data in one database for all management to see. The initial setup has been simple to this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about the product at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for managing variances and quality documentation in our manufacturing processes. It helps by putting all our data in one database, making it accessible for all management.
Efficient Financial Reporting with Customization Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for its reporting capabilities and eliminating redundancy, which has increased my efficiency and provided better financial data. Using Velixo with Acumatica allows me to deliver accurate commentary as all our financials are integrated, helping me extract numbers seamlessly from Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the amount of customization needed out of the box for AP, projects, and AR. It would be better with increased AI and no code/low code solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica eliminates manual reporting, reduces redundancy, and increases efficiency. It enhances financial data accuracy, allowing me to provide accurate commentary with Velixo.
Streamlines Accounting with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is easy to use, with lots of links to combine different parts of the process. It's really easy to follow the trail of a transaction with links from a bill back to the receipt and back to the PO from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more keyboard shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica simplifies our accounting by having all of our information in one place, eliminating the need to import expenses or bills from an outside source. It acts as a source of truth, is easy to use, and makes tracking transactions straightforward with lots of links connecting different parts of the process.
Adaptable and Efficient with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it makes gathering data and reporting timely to stakeholders easier, more efficient, and accurate. I appreciate its adaptability, functionality, and universal ease of use. I use and value features like Velixo, Incoming AP Documents, Generic Queries, and Search Functions throughout the entire Acumatica Biome. The initial setup was much easier than GP or QuickBooks, thanks to the expertise of our formerly Klear Systems team, now part of Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Import scenarios and report writing. They are not simple or easy to use, but Velixo is rolling out options to make this no longer an issue with their generic Write back and Template creation.

Acumatica makes gathering data and reporting timely to stakeholders easier, more efficient, and accurate.
Easy Customization and Simple, Targeted Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easily customized and reports are easy to generate on specific data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of our massive stock item library of 200,000+ SKUs it can be tedious to locate inventory or add to orders

Acumatica allows us to view our e-commerce and direct orders in one place from order to cash.
Highly Customizable but Data Visibility Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's customization capabilities and the partnerships.

I find it easy to lose visibility on data, which can be frustrating. Also, the initial setup wasn't done correctly, causing many issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica as an ERP system for construction, finance, and sales, enjoying its customization and partnerships, though it can be easy to lose visibility on data.
Streamlined Asset Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica helps streamline the AP process, handles fixed assets, and manages other expenses efficiently. The fixed asset module is a great improvement from our old system. Its ease of use really cuts down the time it takes to set up assets each month. Also, our partners made the initial setup process very easy. Overall, I would highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain reports lack data that I would like to see, but that is really nitpicking something to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to streamline the AP process and manage fixed assets. The fixed asset module is a great improvement, cutting down the time to set up assets monthly. It's easy to use and supports our growth.
Streamlined Finance Management with Easy Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's GL ease of use for journal entries and scheduled entries. Its generic inquiries are also something I appreciate because they are easy to use and save a lot of time. I have confidence in the entries being made and the accuracy of the information. Also, transitioning to Acumatica was very easy; it required some time and dedication, but overall, I was happy with how it went.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it needs improvement when it comes to sending emails/forms to customers in construction. Procore is stronger in that suit. I also think the payroll is a little bulky in Canada.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica ensures I get accurate, timely information for quick decisions. I like its ease of use, time-saving journal and scheduled entries, and generic inquiries, which boost my confidence in the accuracy of our data.
Effective ERP with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for finance matters. One thing I really like about it is that it makes our vendor bill processing more automated, which means less paper. It's also easy to use, which is important for me. What I enjoy the most, though, is the simplicity of running inquiries and reports with Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having trouble with multi-branch tax reporting. Our taxes seem to carry balances into the next period, and it's unclear why they're not clearing. This causes our tax reports not to match our trial balances and account details. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy, probably because of a lack of testing on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for finance matters, reducing paper usage by automating vendor bill processing. It's easy to use, and I enjoy the simplicity of running inquiries and reports. However, it struggles with multi-branch tax reporting, as our taxes don't clear correctly and reports don't match balances.

I use Acumatica as our primary accounting software. It modernized our team and takes care of billing and expense approvals. I like that it makes complex data easier to navigate, which saved me time and reduces frustration. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the onboarding team was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved. There are too many clicks required to get expense details, making it not intuitive.
