Streamlined Asset Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica helps streamline the AP process, handles fixed assets, and manages other expenses efficiently. The fixed asset module is a great improvement from our old system. Its ease of use really cuts down the time it takes to set up assets each month. Also, our partners made the initial setup process very easy. Overall, I would highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain reports lack data that I would like to see, but that is really nitpicking something to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to streamline the AP process and manage fixed assets. The fixed asset module is a great improvement, cutting down the time to set up assets monthly. It's easy to use and supports our growth.

Streamlined Finance Management with Easy Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's GL ease of use for journal entries and scheduled entries. Its generic inquiries are also something I appreciate because they are easy to use and save a lot of time. I have confidence in the entries being made and the accuracy of the information. Also, transitioning to Acumatica was very easy; it required some time and dedication, but overall, I was happy with how it went.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it needs improvement when it comes to sending emails/forms to customers in construction. Procore is stronger in that suit. I also think the payroll is a little bulky in Canada.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica ensures I get accurate, timely information for quick decisions. I like its ease of use, time-saving journal and scheduled entries, and generic inquiries, which boost my confidence in the accuracy of our data.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for finance matters. One thing I really like about it is that it makes our vendor bill processing more automated, which means less paper. It's also easy to use, which is important for me. What I enjoy the most, though, is the simplicity of running inquiries and reports with Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having trouble with multi-branch tax reporting. Our taxes seem to carry balances into the next period, and it's unclear why they're not clearing. This causes our tax reports not to match our trial balances and account details. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy, probably because of a lack of testing on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for finance matters, reducing paper usage by automating vendor bill processing. It's easy to use, and I enjoy the simplicity of running inquiries and reports. However, it struggles with multi-branch tax reporting, as our taxes don't clear correctly and reports don't match balances.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica as our primary accounting software. It modernized our team and takes care of billing and expense approvals. I like that it makes complex data easier to navigate, which saved me time and reduces frustration. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the onboarding team was helpful.

The user interface could be improved. There are too many clicks required to get expense details, making it not intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use, which makes construction project accounting and related tasks like AP entry, vendor payments, subcontract inquiries, and customer invoicing more manageable. I find the AP lookup feature particularly useful, and I appreciate the bills and adjustment inquiry that allows great visibility and filtering by vendor, project amounts, and more. The initial setup was pretty seamless, which was a relief. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with how it performs.

I don't like the vendor retainage payments in Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because of its versatility for customization. I appreciate that I can tweak it to our needs in real-time, which is incredibly helpful for our business. Additionally, I find the easier reporting tools very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AP invoice PDF reader was a complete flop. It did not learn, it did not read well, and it pulled in line item detail that we didn't need.

Acumatica offers easier reporting tools and versatility for customization, allowing me to tweak it to our needs in real time.

I don't know how difficult creating and using Generic Inquiries is, and I think non-programmer training would help.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to see all the project financials from one page. The AR and AP modules are easy to use.

The expense management for company credit cards is clunky. Also, the initial setup of Acumatica was not easy and felt pretty overwhelming.
