What do you like best about the product?
I like the power and flexibilty of the ERP.

Easy to get started, powerful for what I do, and makes my job far more efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT consultant, I find Acumatica's Support Module exceptionally efficient and user-friendly. Its integrated system facilitates quick resolution of IT issues, enhancing overall productivity. The module's intuitive interface and real-time tracking of support tickets streamline the support process. However, it requires some initial customization to align with specific workflows. Overall, it's a robust tool that significantly aids in managing IT support tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom inquiry generation can be quite powerful, but with power comes complexity, and it took a while to wrap my head around everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a proper project management framework where we largely did everything on spreadsheets and manually before.

We moved from desktop accounting software to Acumatica and love that it is cloud-based.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports are difficult to run, but not too many feature I dislike.

Being cloud based, Acumatica is very helpful. We can import backup to the transactions to save on paper storage

Having to work with a partner at times it's a bit cumbersome.

It is easy to switch between companies to enter data and pull reports for any entity

A bank account is tied to the vendor so you have to update if paying out of a different entity.

We have one login for all of our entities which allows us to easily switch between them throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
As head of our ETO department, I workwith the API a lot as well as custom development. The developer resources and the community around it are very helpful. This has made implemention and integrations much faster and easier.

The API licensing modle is counter-intuitive.
