Love Acumatica!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the system integration and the customizable reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few reports that I would like to see added within the AP module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our systems together so our sales team can continue to work seamlessly with our operations team.

Just started implementation. Love the community and university website. Easy to use and alot of info on it.

Nothing so far. Going through discovery.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has really helped our orgainzation by allowing more users to have access to real time data. The reports and dashboard allow for a clean and quick rundown of where we are at any given moment
What do you dislike about the product?
Some screens can be more difficult to access than others but there always seems to be a workaround to get you where you need to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit our team has seen was with the AP processes. Acumatica has made it easy to get invoices in and paid in a much more timely and effecient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is flexible and fits the needs of our mid-sized business
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing should have an option for high transaction volume, and high user count businesses like ours. In addtion the modules are chages at full price during development, and before they deliver business value. Need an option of paying less for the modules, and have full access to determine fit prior to go-live.

Consoldtion, and visabiity of our fiancial systesms. Automation of our warehousing.

Numerous useful integrations that created a unified space

Non-editable transactions once released create a mess with voided transactions and re-entries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have several systems that were not in connection to each other which created additional reconciliations and formatting time
Acumatica is a new and upcoming software
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and cloud aspect.The reporting is also robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking for more intergrations, especially with payroll would like to see some more big game players in the game.

Project Management, ease of visability into the project lifecycle
Great Workspace, Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Overall ease of use is great. There are easy-to-access and very informative training sessions and learning paths that are hands-on and helpful for users with little to no previous systems knowledge (which is what I had).
What do you dislike about the product?
Running multiple large GIs sometimes slowed our system down across all departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with our support team initially but that is being addressed and communication has improved vastly.
