Seamless Transition and Robust Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy Acumatica is to learn and use, plus there's an abundance of support materials if we need help. Acumatica is perfect for our business, from automating recurring tasks to robust data management and retention. I also appreciate how it supports our paperless approach with the ability to store documents attached to transactions. The system can scale with our operations over time and remain a relevant support. I appreciate that Acumatica keeps adding new features and values customer feedback. Thanks to our VAR, the implementation of Acumatica was seamless and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic bank feeds with MX and Plaid tend to not remain connected and stable, which we suspect is more of our bank's issue so we manually import our statements instead to do bank reconciliations monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica automates recurring tasks, manages data robustly, supports a paperless approach with document storage, and scales with our operations.
Intuitive ERP for Mining Contractors, Needs Audit Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica easy to use and easy to comprehend. I also like that it's easy to module.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the audit follow-up on entries with approval needs improvement because it's crucial to have reports at the moment of the audit by my accountant's office. The initial setup of Acumatica was kind of time-consuming since we had to write everything as we have no documents or procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps with recurring entries, bank reconciliation, GL reconciliation, and managing items received but not invoiced efficiently.
Ease of Use and Customization at Core, Minor Setbacks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for Construction, Accounting, and CRM. I really appreciate how it allows easy gathering of data and integrates multiple departments on one ERP. I like its ease of use and customizability, making it straightforward to create reports pulling the data we want and adding fields specifically needed for our business. I'm also learning more of its capabilities daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that project quoting in Acumatica needs improvement, especially in terms of easily sending the same quote to multiple bidders and maintaining an accurate history. The AIA invoicing could be enhanced with the ability to create an AIA retainage invoice. Additionally, I would like the forms to be modifiable and have the capability to export them to a Word document. The initial setup was also challenging, as we had to break it out into multiple implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica allows easy data gathering and integrates multiple departments in one ERP. It is user-friendly and customizable, letting us create reports with needed data and fields.
User-Friendly and Customizable for Manufacturing
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica to be a great tool so far with no problems. I appreciate our good experience with it, especially the ability to customize, which helps us minimize manual tasks. The setup was super easy, making it a smooth transition from NetSuite.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to use one software, as it allows me to retrieve data from one program instead of multiple. I like the search and downloading features in Acumatica, and I also appreciate the documentation. I was not part of the initial setup, but I was able to catch up fairly quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the forms in Acumatica don't work as well and could be improved.

I find using Acumatica solves the problem of having multiple software, allowing me to retrieve all my data from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the user interface with Acumatica, making it easy for a company to jump on and start using it. The initial setup was amazing with the help of a great VAR, which made it a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to see improvements in the lot system, especially with expiration date extensions programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for food manufacturing, inventory control, and accounting. It helps maintain accounting and inventory management. I like its user-friendly interface, making it easy for companies to quickly start using it.
Streamlines Branch Management, Needs Inventory Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica allows multiple employees to use it, which is really beneficial because we have different branches, and each branch can use it to improve their systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the inventory system in Acumatica requires me to only run billing when a specific purchase order is received, even if I have enough items in stock. Also, the system doesn't consider FIFO or LIFO methods, which is something I find essential. Moreover, Acumatica's inability to interact with Podium is a limitation for us. The initial setup process was also long and painful, taking about 13 months to finally go live, which was quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to keep better track of inventory, manage multiple branches and sub-accounts' profit, and perform cash reconciliation. It also allows multiple employees to use it across different branches, improving our systems.
Evolving Financial Solution with CRM Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica primarily for our Construction Financials and it's great that the software is constantly evolving and looking to solve my needs and issues. I think connecting a CRM and Operation service into one software will be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't add multiple pictures at a time from my phone into the Service Order. We take pictures of jobsites during the Quote phase and then after the installation stage, so having to add photos one at a time is inconvenient. The initial setup wasn't very smooth, mostly because of the issues with the third-party vendor running it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for Construction Financials, allowing us to operate our financials and pull reporting. It is constantly evolving and looking to solve my needs and issues.
Simplified Our Accounting Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Acumatica allows me to view data and create reports easily. The ability to pull numbers through Velixo is a big plus for me. I appreciate the simplicity of filtering data which makes the system simple to understand. It's also a great foundation to build on. The automation features make my job very easy and the initial setup was very simple.
