What do you like best about the product?
Inventory replenishment is now a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Commerce connector could use some improvements/extra love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our complex inventory is easily managed utilizing Acumatica. Our previously complex replenishment tasks have been streamlined.

Acumatica unlocks data and automation
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has given our company much better access to our data and the flexibility to organize and analyze our data in numerous ways, whenever we need it. Overall, Acumatica is very flexible and we've been able to customize it as needed for our business processes. It's also helped us automate many time-consuming tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Performance is sometimes slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining and analyzing customer and sales data, which helps us make much better decisions. Automating marketing and sales activities, which has greatly improved revenue and profit.
Allows the office to work from anywhere in the country without having to worry about using a vpn.

Acumatica is always innovating and staying ahead in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the scanning module for inventory was more user friendly.

Connecting our inventory to be sold via e-commerce.

We are enjoying the report writing features and intercompany billing simplicity offered by Acumatica.

Lack of direct support from Acumatica, you have to use a VAR

I have no experience with payroll in Acumatica, but I have heard stories that it was not the best feature.

Acumatica helps us keep track of the multiple projects we have going on at the same time

The learning curve can take some adjustment for some employees but overall it is very intuative

Getting access to the data in Acumatica is a breeze, but making it pretty can sometimes be a challenge. We connect with Dataself to help overcome this speedbump and give stakeholders the reports they love to see.

It brings orders from multiple sales channels into one system for fulfillment.

Easy to use and cloud based access allows information retrieval from anywhere at anytime.

Sometimes learning how to do things can initially be difficult. The fixed asset module could also be improved
