Modern UI with Meaningful Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's simple, clean, and common sense interface, which makes navigation easier with fewer clicks to get to the data I need. I appreciate their dedication to ongoing innovation, always staying current and ahead of the curve. The interface also aids in user adoption and change management, particularly for a workforce with a long tenure. The initial setup was fairly painless with support from our VAR, NexTec.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our intention was to use Acumatica out of the box as much as possible however we have found some of the reports do not provide the level of detail we require. Furthermore there are some data points that are very common in manufacturing and this area has left me wanting more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica replaced our legacy system, providing real-time data access, a user-friendly UI, and tools for consistent processes. The simple interface supports user adoption and change management.
Effortless Navigation, Streamlined Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica's user interface and capabilities. The system is very easy to navigate, which makes my work smoother. Additionally, I find the overall functionality from screen to screen and entry points to be beneficial. I also like the customizations Acumatica offers, allowing me to tailor the system to our company needs, like handling lot restrictions and digitalizing our manufacturing process, which helps us operate paperlessly. Lastly, the initial setup of Acumatica was simple, and this contributes positively to my experience.

Acumatica streamlines our system processes, is easy to navigate, and customizable to our company needs, making manufacturing paperless.
Effortless Navigation and Useful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I find the third-party integrations in Acumatica very helpful for ensuring that all our data and information is consistent among platforms. I like the ease of access and navigation through the screens, which makes it simple to use. I really appreciate the mobile access for approvals and quick visibility of the system; as the CEO, being able to access the system from anywhere makes it easier for me to stay up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think training and user sessions could be improved. I'd love a monthly Teams or Zoom session, like a lunch and learn remotely, allowing customers to pick and choose what is appropriate material for engagement. Also, the asset import process could use some work, as well as the stock financial report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps ensure our data consistency through third-party integrations, provides easy navigation, and offers mobile access for approvals and quick system visibility, making it easier for me to stay up to speed as a CEO.
Streamlined Order Management with Exceptional Document Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica for its file and attachment options. Being able to attach documents and correspondence for records is really helpful, and it allows multiple users to access information for queries. This feature helps me a lot with managing customer service lubricant orders for our oil company in The Bahamas. I also like that Acumatica allows more digital storage, which was a big reason we switched from CCS. Overall, the initial setup was fairly simple as well.

I use Acumatica to process bulk orders, attach documents for records, and allow multiple users to access information for queries. It enhances digital storage and improves workflow efficiency.
Effortless Financial Management with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its simplicity and fast AP automation, especially with features like the 3-way match. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a big plus.

Payroll and asset management

I use Acumatica for GL reconciliation, AP automation, and purchase orders. Its simplicity allows for fast AP automation and a seamless three-way match process.

Efficient Solution for Manufacturing and Construction
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's ease of use and the built-in reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Acumatica could be improved with better date-driven construction reports. Also, the initial setup was challenging for us because our VAR didn't have a strong financial person who understood manufacturing.

I use Acumatica for three-way PO matching, billing and tracking tenant payments, security deposits, and ensuring all construction project costs are billed.
Highly Customizable, But Setup is Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica's ability to customize to our business needs really useful, especially with a lot of customer-facing customization options. The constant innovation that stays on top of technology is something I can utilize to improve our processes. I also appreciate the move of bill approvals to Acumatica instead of relying on email, which along with business events keeps partners and executives informed about all payments. The insight into Attorney/Client Trust accounts and the ability to customize project and issue reporting are also valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ability to merge data for different tenants lacking, which is a challenge since we have 4 tenants and 27 companies and would like to consolidate data for productivity reporting and remote worker management. Additionally, I dislike the vendor/customer security for ACH and payment info as there's no ability to add an approval mapping before making changes, which could really enhance our workflow. The initial setup was difficult due to our unique business needs and took over a year to complete.

Robust Inventory and Scheduling Tool with Data Import Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for its data collection and integration capabilities. The ability to get live data is particularly beneficial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data that we brought over at go live isn't good. We didn't map data well and didn’t populate important fields. New users need to get good guidance from their partner and only bring in data that's been reviewed. Based on where we are today, nearly 3 years later, the initial setup of Acumatica was not well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica's manufacturing edition for inventory management and scheduling. I like its data collection and integration abilities, especially getting live data.
Acumatica Transformed Our BOM Costing and Streamlined Shipping
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has helped us with BOM, material usage, and true material costs more than words could describe. It has also made it exponentially easier to view shipment details, track orders, and pick, pack, and ship packages all from one device!
What do you dislike about the product?
MRP has some random errors occasionally, but most can be figured out easily. Just wish it would warn a little earlier into the work order creation process than when I finish and save.

Shipping, BOM and material costs, production time, and true efficiency.
