Always improving the user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Many of the other ERPs I have implemented in the past tend to stagnate. Acumatica is always adding something useful, even for companies like mine that don't need the specialty versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found many drawbacks of using Acumatica. I have implemented some f their competition at prior jobs, and Acumatica seems to be the easiest and most robust platform for companies of our size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are always innovating. The most recent release rethought a lot of the menu designs, and helped take steps out of our workflows. The future releases previewed seem to be extending that even further, allowing my small team to save more valuable tme.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica makes life easier across the board- Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management. It has transformed the way we work across all departments. It has simplified the approach to our previously complex business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find anything we dislike...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us solve our complex item creation process. It has transformed that process through powerful automation for our complex matrix items.
Fantastic Product, Fantastic People
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a brilliant, innovative ERP product. But the thing that makes it really special as a company and an ecosystem is the people. Working with dozens of the partners, it's been an incredible experience to see how collaborative everyone is. The amount of desire to share knowledge and help everyone to achieve their goals across the Acumatica space is incredibly unique and special.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad experiences to report - everything has been fantastic and having had experience with a number of different ERP products and ecosystems in the past, Acumatica is by far the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been fantastic to work in the ecosystem providing recruitment services to partner companies in the Acumatica space. Working with the people involved in the space puts a smile on my face every day!
Being part of a community
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica as an organisation is outstanding. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. We are attending the Acumatica Summit 2023 and managed to catch up with John (CEO) from Acumatica and he took his time to speak to us, chat about our experiences and discuss the future of what Acumatica has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to Acumatica still being a fairly small ERP in comparison to others, we find it hard to find active candidates. Especially on the basis that Acumatica is such a community and we want to maintain those relationships between other partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is an up and coming ERP system for alot of the partners we are working with and we love connecting with new folks within the ecosystem and this has provided us with alot of new business because people are wanting to make the move to Acumatica
Moving Forward Together
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica as a community is really great and collaberative. We have been lucky enough to attend the 2023 Acumatica Summit and catch up with a lot of different people who have been incredibly friendly and interesting. The Vision and future looks exciting and I am happy to be a part of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a bad experience with Acumatica to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided us with a lot of new connections in the space and given us a whole new direction in the space.
Great for all sizes of business - Ours in particular at the SMB level
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to use it anywhere in Canada on the cloud. They are also super responsive with a great network for VARs to support the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is growing, and the features are a bit more slow to release now due to its size. But the features that do come out are well thought out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving problems with having all users in the business be able to login and use the ERP. Having the no additional user pricing model is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
Acuamitica has seamless useability. The way our workflow aligns with the data connects with Acuamitica makes it very easy to access our company information daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least I like about Acumatica is the ability to change and update user settings I.E being able to access specific files for our company. Overall very good ERP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to quickly reference files backdated months or years using reports or access databases. This would increase the productivity in our workforce as well.
Easy to customize to your business
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is highly customizable with its customization projects and low-code/no-code options to make the processes work best for your company. This is a great option for building powerful functionality without needing to program
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits of how many requests you can send per minute and having to make sure you pick the license that works best for your size of business can dictate how you integrate Acumatica with outside applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has helped us resolve financial issues we've had in the past with more strict controls on financial records and statuses of different documents, allowing for better accuracy and reporting.

The features were easy to integrate with other tools and easy to use as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing I must say works fit for large organization or large data but for small enterprises or business it suits best. The customer service are great if you approach them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For conducting sales and following up of invoices or proposals acts as a great CPQ. much productive since it takes less time to even deploy. More fast in delivery.
Ease of use - Takes little learning to get started
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to streamline and take us from paper to digital.

Sometimes you do not know features exist that would make things easier.

Day 1 it allowed us to stop printing hundreds of invoices a day.
