Huge Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica helps me maintain an accurate P&L, Accurate inventory, and is user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be a little finicky. If you don't do it Acumatica's way, you will face challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to keep accurate inventory which has prevented overselling, it has helped us keep an accurate P&L for lending and business success.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is the answer to how you track your financials for complex projects. The robust APIs with other tools makes it a great low cost solution for Construction firms
What do you dislike about the product?
Going through a VAR is not ideal and the people at Acumatica are always quicker to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting costs to projects in an industry that lags in tech.
Like the flow of how hit works
What do you like best about the product?
I do AR Construction invoices and feel like it flows very easily. I like how it makes things easier to bill by each line item by percentage and amounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to bill by qty amounts.

The reports are easier to manage and it really helps with keeping up on thinks

Sales Tax reporting is not a great module need better reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The simple licensing model works well for us. The user community is a great place to ask questions. The level of customization available to non-developers is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an administrator standpoint. It seems there are a lot of nuances to low/no code customizations in the product that are not common knowledge or documented well. The UI could use an update, and the mobile interface is not great. In general would like more UI features to alert and direct end users on where to go and what do.

Single source of data for operations. Automating internal processes for time and expense processes. Providing more consistency on customer communications. Less manual data integration
