Acumatica is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is very customizable to fit business needs regardless of insdustry
What do you dislike about the product?
While flexible, it can be disorienting understanding what to do in a particular process and what the impact can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is our financial and inventory source of truth. We integrate it with our data warehouse which supplies all of our integrations,
+10 years, still learning. Still the best ERP.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to customize it to be more business-specific, built-in connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customizations can he slow to publish, GI could be more like SQL (like, in, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using an old ERP and it was slow, it was a concrete solution and we ended up upgrading to Acumatica.
Acumatica has so many features you need a great VAR to get the most out of it.
What do you like best about the product?
Basically everything We've ever thought of as a need turns out to be something that Acumatica can do, once we dedicate some time and resources to understanding it. Once we switched to a competent VAR and brought in a consultant for our business processes we've been able to get great resutls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially a VAR with the wrong background and weak mnfct. practices resulted in a failed implementation that caused a lot of damage over a year. Like any complex tool, it needs to be understood and needs skilled implementers to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect all data from start to finish through a manufacturing process, and has started generating useful reports for us.
User friendly software with lots of data at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very intuitive for the user to navigate and execute operations. The menus are simplified and easy to follow for whatever your usage requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many advanced features that may be more challenging for some users to feel comfortable with and becoming proficient with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require having multiple revisions of bills of materials and we can easily do this with Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
All the data being in the same place. I came from a system where we had to use multiple systems to run our day to day and Acumatica has given us the ability to see all the data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple window/clicks to get through all the data. I wish that sales orders history at the item level was easier to view on the fly. I know reports/GIs can be built to view this data, but it would be so much better to see the history without doing so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling price changes, we have thousands of items with 18 levels of pricing, so the ability to scchedule price changes has been amazing!
Moving to the future
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has a modern user interface that is easily learned. The time to adapt when changing over from a dinosaur ERP was less than anticipated. While it is easy for lower level personell to learn and adapt, tools are also available that make it useful for any level of user up to the C-Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of things we'd like to do and it seems like additional plug ins are the only way to accomplish. Without the volume to justify the cost off these plugins, we are left with manual solutions resulting in time waste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transition to paperless is the biggest change. Yes, even in 2024 companies were still manually processing AP and AR. When we made the switch, it made an unbelievable difference to our Accounting efficiency.
New and still in the process of understanding and becoming comfortable with the system.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have the community to assist with questions and also having the ability to search, instead of looking around to find different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure because I am still learning and understanding how to use it.

Inventory- It it important to be able to fully understand our inventory levels and how to order materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create reports and dashboards to display data to help with productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building GIs seems a little limited for someone who usually uses SQL code to pull data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a easy system to keep track of projects and finicals associated.

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is with it no code/low code approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box functionjality for packing slips is not there. I wish there were more WMS features out of the box too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seamless Connectivity, Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica for its connectivity, both on the cloud and with our other solutions. It's been amazing to use it anywhere and it connected previously unconnected solutions, which has made us substantially more productive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have struggled with large datasets in Acumatica's Generic Inquiries (GI's). They often time out, and not just large ones, but even smaller datasets for unknown reasons. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) also left a lot to be desired. It's frustrating that the GI isn't designed well, but we can't pinpoint what's causing the issue.

Acumatica acts as the hub for all our software, integrating unconnected solutions and tracking financials, which boosts our productivity and efficiency.
