Acumatica experience
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is with it no code/low code approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box functionjality for packing slips is not there. I wish there were more WMS features out of the box too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica for its connectivity, both on the cloud and with our other solutions. It's been amazing to use it anywhere and it connected previously unconnected solutions, which has made us substantially more productive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have struggled with large datasets in Acumatica's Generic Inquiries (GI's). They often time out, and not just large ones, but even smaller datasets for unknown reasons. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) also left a lot to be desired. It's frustrating that the GI isn't designed well, but we can't pinpoint what's causing the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica acts as the hub for all our software, integrating unconnected solutions and tracking financials, which boosts our productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
How customizable the tool. You can really make it your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many permissions. This can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Geetting into the manufacturing space and working with unique bill of sales.
Custom Reporting From Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the custom inquiries and the reporting options Acumatica offers, especially when using with Velixo features to create Excel files. We use this every day in our normal course of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that journal entries are unable to be edited or removed once posted. It would be helpful as a super user or Admin to be able to remove incorrectly posted entries.

I appreciated the User friendly erp and intuitivness

I d like the fact that we are obliged to upgarde version every year

Recording the data for pricing and inventory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much options on generating relevant reports needed to reconcile monthly. We are still generating excel spreadsheets.

Finally on a modern ERP after being stuck in the dark ages for legacy code for so long

There is some inconsistency between versions but they are working towards it and many companies aren't in multiple lines of business and would never notice.

What do you like best about the product?
In the 2025 R1 and R2 release, A.I.-driven anomaly detection provides management with the ability to detect changes in business patterns far sooner than periodic manual analysis permits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a comprehensive platform that requires the entire organization be ready to evolve their processes. Multiple business functions need to move into the platform together at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying buying, inventory and order management, accounting and forecasting into a system that provides a single source of truth
System has been very easy to learn and use and has made many tasks faster to complete.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to gather information on many aspects of our business and export to Excel for further analysis. Learning the system has been fairly easy coming into the organization and moving from another ERP to Acumatica in three months would have been more challenging if Acumatica wasn't so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to all the third party plug in solutions is challenging because the annual cost to maintain the system can multiply relatively quickly. The other challenge we have found is around ERP/Commercial transactions. Our ERP transactions are running 6 or 7:1 to commerical transactions and it makes me tentative adding additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better information through BOM's for our manufacturing process and streamlining various accounting functions like credit card collections for our customers using processing through Acumatica.
