What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica automates financial reporting and analysis process.It's easy to generate employees payrolls with this tool.I find it easy to manage finance with Acumatica.It's easy to manage purchases orders and inventories with Acumatica.I find it easy to manage expenses and receipts with Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is fully-featured and functional accounting,ERP and Financial Management software that achieves our organization objectives and I haven't encountered any major setbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica delivers automated financial planning,budgeting and forecasting process.

Good and the best of all times accounting application.
What do you like best about the product?
What makes Acumatica stand out from its competitors is simplicity, functionality and flexibility. It allows us to manage our accounts with ease and it provides high security for our data. Very easy and fast to get started with it so no training is needed. Again, it is cost effective thus making it affordable even for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got completely nothing to think of which i can dislike about Acumatica. So far so good and i recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the simple user interface, flexibility, speed and performance. It allows me to easily carry out project billing and accounting processes with ease and it is also extremely easy and simple to manage inventories. It is a great and amazing tool for managing business finance.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has offered what our company needed and that is perfect solution towards business management, and the ease of accessing both from our office desktops and the mobile phones.
Secondly it allows us to feed clients details in a single page and this gives an easy alternative towards retrieving the data when required.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are atill in the learning phase in using this effective product but i would really request for an improvement on the reporting tool so that it makes it a bit easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly is the Management aspect, with acumatica we are able to keep track through managing our fixed assets this has been a game changer for us.
Secondly it has eliminated for us the use of severall programs to do a single work and this simplified our work greatly thus improving our productivity

Futuristic businesses management solution
What do you like best about the product?
We are in the transportation industry and our personnel are spread out through the country. I like the agility in accessibility of Acumatic anywhere and anytime. Acumaticabeing a cloud ERP business management tool has helped us in a great way in creating access points to all this personnel so that they can capture data in real-time and record it in our system for further analysis, this way we can gage the performance of individual sales team based on parameters that we have set.. It has helped us in connecting all our business facets from cargo collection to transportation and delivery.

It is more expensive than competing products

Acumatica has created a sense of individual accountability within our organization since the customizable dashboard dashboard allows us to track sales activities and attack them to the person doing the sales
Have worked with the Acumatica production for a number of years and would recommend it.

Reporting of data is easy. Customization of user interface and ease of navigation through menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a very good way to discontinue items. Need a better forecasting tool.

Data accessibility. Real-time reporting. External system integrations data through API calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The Acumatica Community when you have questions. There is great articles to look at for your issue and when you do not see your issue, the community is always willing to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot do anything in mass by just going into the form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to using Acumatica and has been very user friendly. The course catalog courses are very helpful. Problem again would just be not being able to see everything in mass.

What do you like best about the product?
The key feature that makes Acumatica stand out is that it is built for the cloud, not converted from older server-confined systems. This makes Acumatica more versatile and minimizes downtime that older systems experience due to server lag. Customer Service is also very helpful and responsive, and they maintain excellent up-to-date help articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature currently missing from Acumatica is a method of tracking warranty items through the entire return/replacement process. Several software firms that partner with Acumatica have been consulted, but the solutions presented require expensive customization for a fairly standard process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is our primary program for inventory management, including all sales, pricing, customer invoicing, and vendor purchasing. Emails are autogenerated, and reports are compiled automatically or on demand. Deeper features of Acumatica are being researched to assist with automated warehouse replenishment and shipping.
Strong ERP solution for ecommerce focused businesses with technical mindset.
What do you like best about the product?
Native commerce connector for BigCommerce was a primary selling point. The connector is robust and allows granular control over most product, customer, and order data. ERP handles back office operations well, as is well known by those familiar with Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
The release update process can be tedious and often requires assistance from your VAR partner. Some aspects of the release updates are not fully documented and validation of your workflows takes more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is allowing our business to scale - more customers, more orders, more products. Automation helps us quickly process work that is issue free and quickly highlights issues where a staff member is needed to make a decision to resolve something. Our inventory is more accurate than ever!

What do you like best about the product?
A huge win for our company was that it was a web-based solution. With remote workers growing, having a web-based ERP has made that experience better. Also, the ease of navigating between modules/or windows. I like that you can get to different areas within Acumatica via links on the window of the module you're working in at that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how heavy and resource-expensive the auditing is. We have many departments that would like to have the ability to audit various things inside of Acumatica but are unable to do so because of the performance issues that would be created with the full audit on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a business get visibility to problems that we may not have known existed. This is done through the different dashboards and data views that can be created in Acumatica.
