Construction Edition - 2022R2 Release Presentation
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile app provides great resource to allow survey and installation field techs and service/warranty techs to provice immediate feedback to our management and operations team. New annotation feature for drawings has long been desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequently disappointed when attempting to utilize Acumatica University to research and then broaden my skill of use of Acumatica. Seems content has become outdated with the DEMO tenant our Partner has provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of applications we currently use to manage our finance, project management, scheduling, inventory and warehouse management, automation of expense reporting.

New features helpful for building new customer ecosystems
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica creates a client ecosystem that can become a "one-stop shop" for many customers. This allows them to create a quick click through system for business all in one place rather than having a million different portals to fit their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training can seem difficult for some, especially construction industry people who have a more difficult time leaning into and using new technologies. A training portal tom input some information for trialing the software interactively would be cool and useful for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving quicker click-through and more canceling capabilities to cancel certain action items while also recording and keeping tabs on this so that there is no confusion about what people have done in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The built in wiki that defines functionality on each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend logic to the tenant linking for switching between. Based upon user experience, it seems to require a user login using the same password between each tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not applicable for my position/usability for Acumatica.
Good for small or medium size organization
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has nearly all features available in fully functional SMB ERP like NetSuite. The challenges I see are related to processes for large organizations spanning multiple countries/entities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-tenant environment is not helpful for most ERP support teams. Additionally, for most standard business processes, we need extensions. Example, for stock items (known as Material Master in SAP) organizations may have different status'es for sales, production, or base status. Since such extensions don't exist in Acumatica, we need to create custom tabs/fields which adds to complexity to manage. Additional challenges remain with multi-tenant environment as it pertains to stock transport orders or intercompany orders. Such logistics processes need additional integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is providing the ERP system we need. While not a perfect solution, we are getting at the basic minimum for an organization of our size and complexity. It is

What do you like best about the product?
The product has good flexibility and it is channel structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The market is still not as big as other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing customization and flexible integration for many business lines.
After working with other ERP systems I find Acumatica is easier to work with.

Ease of creating/modifying GI & reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing can be troublesome. Having to create a PDF just to print.

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation screens are easy to use and organized very well. It is also easy and beneficial to use the drill down functions with in the Finance and other modules of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to "reconcile" the WIP/WIC account while adding an asset. In our prior ERP we had a separate closeout account that we would then net with the WIP/WIC account in order to determine the amount remaining in the WIP/WIC account Sometimes we have invoices that have expenses for multiple assets and it is not the easiest/quickest method to "reconcile" the WIP/WIC when adding an asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that I hope Acumatica is solving is to give the users the ability to mass upload assets when creating them. Currently, if we make a bulk purchase of a specific item, and each of those items needs to be added as a fixed asset because there is a unique serial number assigned to each item, there is no way to upload the asset's information from an excel file. This ability would save a tremendous amount of time for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look and feel of Acumatica. I also like how they are continually improving the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only thing I would say could be better is the error descriptions. They often time give you little to no actual information as to what the real error is.

It provides a solution that allows you to manage your entire business. Granting you access to real-time and accurate information to make critical business decisions.
Acumatica is easy to use. The User Interface is consistent across all modules and addons.

It is easy to adapt the software to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can use a better built-in Note tracking feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory visibility is easy to see. Our sales staff can see the products we have & don't have available so they can suggest other products.
Acumatica is an amazing versatile and adaptable solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
The extent of OPTIONS on Confifurability, and tailoring to a customer's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some modules that need enhancing, would like to see an extended ROADMAP.

Acumatica is solving speed to configure, and implement. As well as the day to day use and portability into MOBILE APPS.
