Highly Customizable, Perfect for Distribution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of Acumatica. We are able to develop custom software into our Acumatica instance to handle everything in one pane of glass. Acumatica allows our business to have one system for all ends of distribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer documentation of new features are not always available on release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica allows our business to have one system for all ends of distribution, and we can develop custom software to handle everything in one pane of glass.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and Construction and manufacturing based product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time entry is too combersome for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do not have an ERP program. We have outgrown using spreadsheets to manage our business.
Streamlined Manufacturing Management with Room for Click Reduction
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is a consolidated source of information across many functions and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's easy to navigate, reducing the number of clicks would be helpful on the shop floor. In order to complete time entry, there are a large number of clicks that the user needs to make to complete the transaction. It took us about a year to configure the system to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to manage inventory flow efficiently. It consolidates information across functions, making it easy to use.
A versatile platform for meeting unique customer needs
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the system has cleared the path to taking advantage of more aspects of the ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas (i.e. time entry) that can be a little bulky for large sets of employee.

Visibility to vast and differing data for quick business decisions.

It is an easy to learn, easy to integrate product, and the community is great.

There is always challenges to new; but the teams are available to limit dislikes.

Integration of multi company data and visualization; the consistency and availability for users.

The integrations and connections with market leaders.

The high learning curve. Being a construction company we have many users that have difficulty learning new technologies.

Allowing better communication between field staff and office operations.
Solid platform that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easily configured to meet OUR needs instead of us modifying our processes to conform to the platform.

Any shortcomings with the platform is often solved with 3rd party applications.

Keeping an eye on subcontractor payments so we do not exceed the contract value.
