What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is great for the UI, and the speed of using on the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our service industry we had to use a lot of customizations (service industries)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and Billing, AR Collections and Accounting Financial Reporting
Flexibility and Seamless Integration with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's flexibility in accessing our data in several ways, like downloading to Excel and integrating with our websites. It's great that we can continually grow and evolve our system to fit our needs. The integration with Velixo simplifies functions and reports, while the Shopify integration has been a big time saver and improves our retail customer experience. We deal with foreign currency and tariffs, and Acumatica makes calculating and forecasting prices for over 2,000 items much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be many more common/basic reports out of the box. Customer sales reports, top customers, products sold to customers, and inventory analysis of item sales are lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica integrates all our systems, simplifying our workflow. It offers flexibility in data access and integration. Shopify and Velixo integrations save time and improve customer experiences, making pricing forecasts much simpler.

Easy to use and with many different platforms to use!

Can be same as other bundles within the same structure

Good but can Grow
What do you like best about the product?
Data point connections - the ability to navigate throughout the system from multiple access points to get to the source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on analysis and reporting. Oftentimes it's easier to export to Excel to manipulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking revenue and costs for projects and insights into business activities.

Cloud based, world wide leader. Definitely a platform we can grow with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming with all the options. Still struggling with financial reporting and capturing all our data points and understanding GI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to scale with our growth. Able to integrate with ecommerce sales. Able to manage our inventory well. Love the tool!

A Live Intuition
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitiveness of the product, because it shows the next step in any given process almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like the least about the product is that it doesn't provide an audit trail report of who creates, approves and releases a document via each step of a process in Acumatica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving our integration issue with our POS back office system, our back office administration needs and our accounting/reporting needs based on the input of data into Acumatica from our POS and various modules we utilize.
Flexible with a lot of built in features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a platform to be able to have built in features that can be enhanced to meet specific industry needs through customization projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing process is a bit clunky. Not being able to unpublished one package and republish a new version can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica benefits us by having our project accounting, and regular accounting all in one place, across all divisions.
