Acumatica G2 Summit - QMH
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Acumatica is the flexibility we have using the online cloud-based platform. I can use it anywhere and pay my bills from all over the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Acumatica is the format of the pages. I would prefer not to click on the bottom right corner of the page to go to the next page. I would rather it be like when I am printing my check run. The list is all there, and all I do is keep scrolling down till I find what I need. Or use the right side to scroll down. Having them in a page-like format instead of all available in a file that you can easily scroll through as a complete file is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve the inefficiency of our team's time wasted on our ERP software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is an incredibly powerful hidden secret that will take over the world!

We are now looking into the expense program which will allow us to remove one of our outside programs. I'm very excited about the general inquiries and reporting on Acumatica.
Acumatica is a robust web based ERP with a wealth of an API library to Integrate or Customize
What do you like best about the product?
The well documented API with ability to customize, integrate, or extend the core application all in a stable, auditable and upgrade friendly manner. Flexibility to grow your business. Option to install on-premise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing model is confusing, especially for an early adopter of the on-premise model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete operations, supply chain, cloud integration, custom applications and financial fundamentals to run the core pieces of our business across many verticals.
Great Product. Needs better Implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the capabilities that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there has to be a better way of making sure that the people who help implement it are appropriately vetted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Acumatica for all aspects of our business. Even with the problems we have come across, it is still by far a better product than we had previously.
Best ERP Out There
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is User friendly, easy to use and learn. The ability to quickly access data is key for Adhoc analysis in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, and I honestly mean that. It has allowed me to do my job at a high level.

Reporting and Analysis.

If you are a multi channel seller - (and if you aren't - you should be) Acumatica will meet all your ERP needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize at scale to match our business
What do you dislike about the product?
The Customer-Partner relationship, we don't receive the guidance at a level that demonstrates expertise/knowledge of the software. We've made complaints to Acumatica, they have said that our partner is great...
This also makes it hard to open support tickets. I either get the run around like I don't know what I am doing, or I get the "Talk to your partner" response when my partner already told me they couldn't help me with that issue that I need to open a ticket. It's just a circle.
I wish there were some way to classify customers with high-level technical teams differently than novice "end-users."

Visualize our accounting data in a way that the business requires, not just in a generic, cookie-cutter way.

Find the right partner that is going to guide you to success.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the continual improvement and new features that help reduce the time it takes to complete tasks. The program is easy to use and allows for quick implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help support could be improved. The payroll needs to be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are combining our different divisions under one accounting system reducing the need to maintain multiple programs and databases. We will find synergies in this combination.

Evaluate all of your systems and see how you can either integrate with Acumatica or eliminate with the use of the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a good level of security with role-based access control. Reduce the time you spend on accounting processes. It allows generating a standard report, which can exported to Excel without complications. It is very effective in handling accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. Generates dashboards of valuable information in the execution of projects.

When the user is a beginner, some of the modules can be overwhelming and

Acumatica has practical, versatile and adaptable tools to the needs of the company. It has outstanding features that allow you to develop an optimal billing process, save time in preparing payroll, control costs and carry out effective financial planning. It offers a flexible enterprise resource planning to the needs of our organization. Provides the ability to integrate with many applications to further expand its potential.

Acumatica is a flexible and robust ERP. It has all the necessary tools to improve performance, increase productivity and optimize workflow. I recommend its implementation

It's commitment to evolving and listening to customer and partner suggestions for improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's new. The community is growing, but there will be wrinkles to iron out. That being said, Acumatica's commitment to customer service is spot on. As issues rise to the top they are identified and addressed.
