New to Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
The incredible customization that is possible really is exciting for when I get up to speed. I was in the Hack-a-thon and the amount that was able to be accomplished by a few motivated is really inspiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit overwhelming but that is just a testament to how much it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing customization may be the biggest plus. It is great that there are different vendors that can help but to also do it internally is pretty awesome.
Acumatica ERP is a great product and suits the needs for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Acumatica is the ability to create inquiries, dashboards, and reports with ease. Th o-data functionality has helped staff analyze information from excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The area that we dislike the most is the functionality around about MRP. I think it could be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to capture data in all modules. We use the data to make better business decisions.
Acumatica: many features & solutions
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Acumatica is the connection with velixo that automates many of our spreedsheets and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most user friendly to begin with. There could be other formats for training material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica holds a lot of our data and corresponds with our reporting.
Helpful but Needs more Product Pricing Features
What do you like best about the product?
Product recipt and selling process is easy to use. I enjoy the ability to run reports quickly and pull data accuratly.
What do you dislike about the product?
product pricing functionalisty is lacking. We need the ability to use the daily average cost plus a markup for product pricing. currently you can only set markup pricing at a point in time vs letting if adjust as the daily avg cost adjusts.

its making our selling process easier.
Acumatica is amaizing
What do you like best about the product?
All departments can have the data as they need at the time they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of Acumatica is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helped us to stop using excel to recreate reports. Now we can have seamles integration and live data in any department.

I like the integration that the system offers. It allows data to flow in real time with accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the ability to update MRP of a single item during the day instead of waiting to re run overnight.

Acumatica: The Mobile Access Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love the access Acumatica provides, allowing me to work from anywhere, which is crucial for our team as colleagues can access information while on the road. It's great that we can use it on multiple devices, including desktops, tablets, and phones. The simplicity and efficiency it offers are invaluable, making it a significant upgrade from our previous system. I also appreciate the better reporting capabilities that Acumatica provides compared to our old system.

Acumatica improves access, simplicity, and efficiency, letting my team work from anywhere on multiple devices. It offers better reporting and accessibility compared to our previous system, Sage 100.

The custom inquiry and flow of estimate to project implementation and on to invoicing
