Integration options endless
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Acumatica is so easily customized and able to add other integrations and solutions to fit your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upgrade cycle is sometimes hard to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management, production orders and bill of materials. Finances all in once place.
Seamless Cloud Access with Room for Improvement in Item Costs
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the fact that it is cloud-based. It provides a good level of data transparency, which is essential for my distribution business. I also appreciate that I can access my data from anywhere in the world without needing to log in to a server at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Stock Item landed cost is hard to find. There should be a field on the Stock Item card with landed cost for Kit items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica provides good data transparency for my distribution business and is easy to use. Being cloud-based lets me access my data from anywhere, without needing to log into the office server.
Intuitive Navigation, Transparent Costs Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ease of use, especially how it guides you step by step through processes. When I'm stuck, I can just follow the prompts to know the next step, making it very intuitive. There's also a helpful question mark feature that shows where to go to define elements. These aspects make navigating Acumatica straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes finding the fully burdened cost in landed cost is opaque. It would be nice to know what table the landed cost allocations are in so we could add user defined fields on the stock item card. Also, the hardest part was cleaning our data from our old system before importing it in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for purchasing and accounting, solving inventory allocation issues. Its ease of use and intuitive, step-by-step prompts guide me, helping me define elements easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to creat different generic inquiries and dashboards that are custom to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is not being able to send out generic inquiries on automation schedules.

Acumatica is solving our ability to look at data and make informed decisions. It is so easy to access and use for decision making.
A Great Cloud ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Acumatica it is very user friendly for a levels of a company. The ability to quickly access data and export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
MRP still needs some work, it does not pick up blanket orders, so it will want you to write new PO's instead of releasing off the blanket PO

Acumatica solves the issue of be able to review data across all plants.

The ability to adjust to our needs on the fly.

Struggles with our VAR, and inability to look for a new one.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the AI feature, looking forward to learning more. Great company stories were told and were motivating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving the Summit to Seattle, to me, is a horrible idea. It will most likely be less people showing up unless you also change the date. Seattle in the winter is not the place to be. Based on the people watching the Summit LIVE, this was also a lot of the same reaction.

Ease of use and gathering data for review
I like we can have unlimited users and the flexibility of the product.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can make custom dashboards and get the information our users need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we move forward the cost of Acumatica has increased based on our data useage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have acumatica performing all of our transactional emails. This includes sending tracking number and sending pick up emails. Also working woth Pacejet we have improved the number of shipments we can make daily by reducing the time to creat the shipping labels.
A learnable business software for a multitude of industry applications
What do you like best about the product?
The accounting basics are straight forward, help is easily accessible, the system has a wealth of prebuilt reports available.
When things need to be adjusted, the system is not locked in stone it can be modified to meet the needs of an individual business (not like the competition).

What do you dislike about the product?
The evolution of the system requires updating the system every 12-18 months and that can be a bit time consuming. I would like it to be easier to upgrade from version to version.

Integrated accounting, saving time and reducing redundancy of work by employees.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Marketing Specialist working with an Acumatica Partner, I firmly believe is the future of business solutions.
The user experience is simplified, yet the erp system is feature rich and allows me to set track and manage my workflows and activities with ease.
I also like the fact that Acumatica has industry specific editions which allow us to compete in sectors which have specific requirements.
These industry specific editions combined with the fact that Acumatica integrates with many 3rd party systems using API's which simplifies the process.
The feature I love the most is the mobile app option which I believe is a game changer for the South African business market.
The user experience is simplified, yet the erp system is feature rich and allows me to set track and manage my workflows and activities with ease.
I also like the fact that Acumatica has industry specific editions which allow us to compete in sectors which have specific requirements.

From a features and functionality perspective I do not have the expertise or knowledge to comment.
I do however feel like Acumatica the business could review how they look to target the African Market and consider adjusting their pricing models and maybe create a version of the Acumatica Cloud ERP to target smaller businesses.
I do believe if these 2 factors are considered and adjusted Acumatica could attack Africa's ERP Market Share.

Acumatica's CRM functionality is incredible allowing us to manage the marketing and customer interactions whilst also being able to view all customer interactions, allowing us to keep all stakeholders informed at every stage of an activity or process.
