Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and train employees. Easy to add customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited companies using certain modules/screens. Sometimes hard to get answers to questions relating to those modules/screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is allowing all departments (eventually) to be on the same system, providing visability across the board to the executive team.

The experience was good overall.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly creating dashboards and generic inquires are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be the way our company uses Acumatica, but there interface is not friendly for operator (factory direct labor personel). The are many points and clicks to creating move transaction, etc.

It allows me to collect data to make buisness desicions.

The 2 major updates a year can be challenging and I wish it had a high level WMS built in.

Allows all users th have access to the same data.

Tracking inventory, costing and revenue. Customer profit margins

Scalability of services, features, third party partners, and easibility.

Pricing, implementation time frame, customizations of prior versions.

CRM capabilities and financial reporting.

It appears to be a robust base upon which to build.

The implementation was painful and slow.

Acumatica helps us organize our projects, create invoices, and pay our bills. All the basics necessary to keep our company moving.

The Var's don't always live up to expectations

dont know how to fully use all the functions

ERP and MRP, I wish there was a better scheduling function

Marketing integrations are limited and features for campaigns.

Opportunity management and pipeline for reporting. This makes lead and opportunity management efficient.
