What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the product easily as well as the ability to consume data in numerous ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any ERP the process of testing and upgrading versions. Maybe AI can study our use and automatcally revision test in the future.

The ability to quickly customize and create GIs/Dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
The software works from a base that can be built upon using different modules that allow a company to use unique resources from different industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a bad thing, but it is so comprehensive and flexible that it is a bit overwhelming for a new user. I feel like I have barely scratched the surface of what the software is able to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Acumatica to move to a perpetual inventory system. This allows for us to be in a position that we are verifying inventory instead of counting each month, which results in more accurate financial information and more efficient inventory management.

Poor VARs, lack of experts, still learning Shopify and Amazon connections

ease of changing software. The integrtion process, using a var, was fairly straight forward

needs a UI update. UI seems to ber a bit dated

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get information out of the system in inquiries and reports. It's much easier to work with than other systems I've worked with!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like Acumatica can be cusomtized for any type of business but if your company doesn't easily fit inside one of their specialized versions you don't get all the functionality you need without bolting on several modules or customizations.

We need several different reports for different users and consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to manuver in the program is ridiculous. The ability to quickly diagnosed what our company does well and what went wrong on a job helped us make quick improvements and changes which delivered profits strainght to the bottom line!
What do you dislike about the product?
My lack of knowledge on all the program has to offer. It is extremely robust and powerful. It can provide even more than I know and knowing is half the battle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has provided clear insight into ll our jobs. The ability to capture data from the field and quickly apply it to the proper job has allowed us quick visabiliity into job profitabvility. This has helped to diagnose the difference between a profitable job and a struglling job. It has helped us make quick changes to our bidding and estimating which has resulted in increase profit and less fade on our job's margins.

Acumatica is both easy to use and customizable which makes adoption easier and getting the most out of the system less painful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Acumatica I've discovered is related to the check writing process... it is surprisingly hard to conform Acumatica's check format to our check forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica provides the tools for us to better track our project costs and profitability without the use of spreadsheets and outside systems.

Acumatica is easy to use, navigate, and find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed asset module is clunky and could use some work. It often makes you jump through hoops in order to achive your end result.
