It's been great so far.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very modern system that meets all of our needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I like a about Acumatica right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using a old and outdated ERP system that we have had to use a lot of work arounds with. Acumatica fixes that!
Mid-Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
We are mid-implementation and are so far very satisfied with our integration partner, Algorithm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We aren't too far into the process yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going away from an old dying ERP system.
Acumatica has been intuitive and easy to adopt.

User friendly, easily customizable, good data

Payroll is clunky and painful. Hoping to better utilization later.

reliable up to date information on project performance and budget overruns

the most helpful thing about Acumatica is that we can get a real life person to talk to about any problem we may have.

one thing i dislike about acumatica is the payroll that we are not able to use to its full potential.

it has helped us solved so much for our business. the acumatica help is amazing
Great Power and Growth Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility. I truly believe as we grow, Acumatia has the ability to grow with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation and training both for myself, as the Controller, and for my employee users wasn't s extensive as I would have liked. Also would love more interaction post Go Live as our perspectives and understanding changes with live data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to report and track KPI in real time is a HUGE step forward for our organization.
Growth & improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can start small and grow to add features within Acumatica that fit to the business as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with a VAR that doesn't know all the answers or follow up with us right away with answers to our solutions. It has been a rocky start but getting better as time goes on with our inhouse IT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us solve the issue of 2 kind of 3 systems into 1 for more clarity in data. We have grown in the past couple of years to better usage within the system
Custom Options available for all business "problems"
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the partners Acumatica works with to allow me to solve business problems with technology. It has allowed us to rely less of staff, which in turn keep errors from happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex billing structures and not being able to contact Acumatica for help. Going through a VAR is sometimes frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP document upload, which helps eliminate hiring extra AP staff.
Great Reporting and design ability
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and data collection is great. Easy to use/create data inquiries.

Lack of "canned" out of the box reporting. You need to create most of the reports that you need. Even things that you think should be standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data collection and the ability to easily adjust inquiries and dashboards gives my executives the abilty to create reports without bothering me.

Value and the ability to adapt and customize

nonprofit plus module is very unresponsive and too basic.

Amazing Software
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Quickbooks to Acumatica about 2 years ago. We are in awe of the visibility we have to job profitability and more. We are able too run our business more efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not like the Payroll functionality. We didn't want a payroll program where we had to be the masters. We were moving into other states and were uncomfortable the all the taxes. We did recently move to Work Force Go and we LOVE THEM

Job Profitability and being able to truly see how the business is performing throughout the year.
