What do you like best about the product?
The simple licensing model works well for us. The user community is a great place to ask questions. The level of customization available to non-developers is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an administrator standpoint. It seems there are a lot of nuances to low/no code customizations in the product that are not common knowledge or documented well. The UI could use an update, and the mobile interface is not great. In general would like more UI features to alert and direct end users on where to go and what do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of data for operations. Automating internal processes for time and expense processes. Providing more consistency on customer communications. Less manual data integration

Acumatica is easily customized, easy to navigate, and handles our business needs.

Snapshots are bloat and impact performance; especially when taking them.

It is streamlining our aircraft maintenance operation.
Leading us in the E-commerce world
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has a robust and dynamic ability to allow us to be flexible with bulk data loading and customizations. The commerce connector has facilitated our online marketplace capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities of Acumatica that could use additional development such as Business Events/Notifications. it would be great to have more data dictionary and functionality mouseovers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commerce connection, automations, bulk uploads and exposing data integrity issues via dashboards are some of the ways that Acumatica is supporting our business mission.

What do you like best about the product?
Being cloud software helps us to platform our jobs from any where. Easy to use and its interconnect with all the documents around the clinet. and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
As an accountant, when we receive a cash payment on-site, we are not able to generate cash receipt. If we can add this feature will help us to improve our cash management process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to customize your reports based on your requirement. Ability to create your own dashboard to navigate yourself and your team team to able to see the daily task around your job responsibilty.
Moving our business into the modern world
What do you like best about the product?
We love the connectivity and the capabilities that come with an open, cloud-based ERP system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to our old system, it's more "clicky." I have to reach for my mouse vs having keyboard shortcuts for more items. A small price to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data is more transparent. The accounting/reconciliation process is better. We were able to implement a field service module that helps keep paperwork to a minimum.
